St Kilda Beach Skate Lessons

I was just walking by the beach searching for a nice place to start reading finally something for my bachelor thesis when Luis started talking to me. I really wasn't interested but as Luis is a super funny and charming person, I enjoyed having a chat with him and he finally convinced me to give it a try.So a few days later, we met again for a late night skate session with penguin watching afterwards. Although I had a very bad skate experience in my childhood, Luis made me feeling comfortable and safe. I actually enjoyed it! Skating with him has been the best decision so far and was one of my highlights in Melbourne.I really appreciate his work at St. Kilda Beach. He puts so much effort and passion into it. I am looking forward to meeting him again very soon because I'll definetly continue practising.Thanks for everything!! <3PS. Now, 2 years later, I love skating!!!!

Luis is excellent instructor! I have amazing time in St.Kilda learning skateboard! highly recommend for beginner to sign up this experience!!

I had so much fun:) not only because I was lucky that the weather was superb but Luis was an awesome instructor. He is truly great at what he does and does it with a passion. He is caring, patient, friendly and made the lesson fun! He really empowered me to trust that I have the ability to do it! It was my first time on a skateboard but he made the lesson so easy and fun that I have forgotten it was my first time.I would highly recommend anyone who wants to try out skateboarding or wanting to have an alternative fun activity to contact Luis:) you won’t be disappointed!

Luis is amazing. He took my partner and I through all the basics of skating. He is a great teacher with a positive attitude. I felt safe through the lessons and really feel like the experience was well worth my time.Stacey and I now have 6 skateboards between the two of us and have recommended family go to him to get a start on skating.If you’ve ever wondered what skating is like, get in touch with Luis!
