I was very impressed with my experience because when I called, he was currently not taking work because of an injury. But he still spent the time giving me advice over the phone and telling me it’s not worth fixing my faulty issue, and instead to look for a new TV. So honest and helpful!

My TV blacked out in the middle of the kids playing games on it. I found the Tv repair on google for near the hills area and gave it a call. Francis tried to help us troubleshoot our problem before he had to come to us, as there was call in service fee, which was very nice of him. He came and checked our TV within two hours and took it away to be fixed. Francis was professional and informative, also gave us a lot of advice on TV care. Came back in two days with our TV working and also gave us a spare remote for free since we had lost ours. Thanks so much Francis! You saved us a lot of money to buy a new TV. Would definitely recommend this TV repairer to all my friends and family.

Called at 3pm said my tv is not working. Said he could meet me at home at 5.30pm arrived on time. Little bit of we fiddling job done.Will be able to continue watching the Olympics tonight. Stoked.Best thing was he was so prompt and came 2 hours after I called.

I strongly recommended this tv service,this gay is very honest ,when i told him whats wrong with my tv he told me it doesnt worth to repair, he guide me politely how to check my tv over phone , he didnt want to charge me if tv cannot be repaired thank you

After getting the repair done from them realized my TV screws are missing when I called him to ask about missing screws he told me to buy from bunning warehouse.

Francis was amazing and reasonably priced, found him via yellow pages and google maps search. Called him and he was at my doorstep within 2 hours, already pre-diagnosed what the issue with our few years old Samsung LCD TV could be, gave me an exact quote for the parts and labour and took away the TV for repair.In exactly 2 days (as committed), he was back with the fully functional TV and not a single cent beyond his original quote. Lovely to talk to, punctual, honest and delivers. What else do you need in today’s times ?Highly recommended for any kind of TV repairs in the Hills district.

I had a problem with the Power Board of my SONY Bravia TV.Francis came the same day & took it to his workshop.2 days later he arrived with the TV fixed & was also kind enough to give a spare remote as my old one was playing up.Very impressed with his competence & prompt actions.Definitely recommend using them for TV repairs.
