I had the best sub of my life at Gracemere Subway. I was served by Eden. He had outstanding customer services skills and really made sure the Sub he made was of high quality. You could definitely taste the difference! Eden even followed up his great service by asking how the Sub was and if I needed anything else.Small qualities like this are what turn the experience from average to outstanding. Cheers to Eden!

Poor customer service. I have to change all my order which was 2 footlong sub and 1 side. Salads looks terrible and not fresh at all. Toasted my sub with the salad, disgusting.

Eden and the smaller female are the best servers I have met in my life in service, it was so nice not feeling like an inconvenience and being so comfortable. Wish you guys were open until atleast 5-6pm on weekends though !!!??
