Elsternwick Medical Centre

We have recently moved to the area and have been seen by Dr Somayeh (Sue) Fattah. She has seen my 13 month old son 3 times, and she has been so wonderful and caring each time. She has an incredible disposition around children and my son was so relaxed with her, and in turn, I was calm and trusted Dr Fattah. Today she gave my son a balloon, and that small thing really made him happy. I never feel rushed by her and I truly feel like she considers what Im saying and listens to my concerns. And does all she can to help. We are grateful to have found a doctor like Dr. Fattah.

Saw a new Dr today Dr Someyah as my Dr Pinczower was unavailable. She was very nice. The lovely girl in reception rang me in my car when the Dr was available so l didn't have to wait inside. Very nice of her to offer.

Dr David Bosher has always been my go-to GP. He's very knowledgeable and understanding. His wzpert advice is always welcomed.

One of the worst medical experiences ever. I was booked for an 8.45am telehealth after specifying I am unavailable at other times due to being a teacher. I was called at 9.20am, missed it due to being with students, and then rushed to ring back 5 minutes later. I was kept on hold for 5+ minutes only to then be informed by the receptionist (who had booked me the day before) that 'the doctor doesn't even start until 9am' and that essentially now that I missed the first call it was 'to late and nothing could be done'. There was no offer to reschedule my appointment. Little apology, care or understanding to the situation in which I was put in. Don't waste your time here!!!

Great doctors but sometimes you need to wait a while before they see you if they're busy, even with an appointment. Overall not bad. Plenty of parking at the back.

Great experience with Elsternwick Medical Centre. Easy to book online, the ladies at reception were friendly (while clearly very busy) and Dr Somayeh was attentive and caring. Would come back in the future. Thank you lovely people.

Doctor Bosher is the kindest most caring and thorough GP ever. But the receptionists… are so rude ? Like they’re so rude I can’t believe it, especially the Russian one. Her behaviour is so appalling it’s actually funny ? If you’re that bitter and miserable quit your job and go live in the hills.

* Great care and service by my Doctor*Can't say the same on reception services or incorporations of technological capabilities, services, to facilitate appointment booking and/ or amendments*Telephones are not being answered. I wasted 2 x 1/2 hours waiting to talk with a person while listening to records message eventually had to come in just to make /sort an appointment.* website is very unfriendly, complicated and convoluted for the simple task of making appointments* Reception staff attitude to clients/ patients and indeed willingness to help leaves a lot to be desired.* If it s not for the Great Dedicated Caring Methodical Professional Doctor i would not have wasted so many hours each time just to get to see him.Some urgent customers relation focus will go a long way !!.ThanksCheers

Very nice and convenient especially if you live in the neighborhood. Plenty of doctors and availability. Overall, a wonderful medical center

A very efficient and well maintained clinic which bulk bills and I hope that this medical centre can continue to bulk bill because there are many of us retirees who require medical care but have to make ends meet under the current economic times... At my age, I have only got so much to last me through this life... Thank you doctors.
