BYRON BAY DOUBLE DECKER WEDDING TRANSPORT

Took our full payment and refused to provide any refund despite not being able to perform the service due to lockdown - it is unconscionable that they can receive Covid relief and the full payment for not providing any service. Happy for them to keep more than just the deposit but they refuse to negotiate despite the circumstances - beware of this company!

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with this company. In the lead up to the event, they appeared helpful and communicative, although did continue to forget information shared with them so did have to repeat ourselves. But, that's ok, we appreciate they're busy. The on the day experience however was a completely different matter. The drivers details were not shared with us and so when he did not turn up to the pick up spot, we could not get a hold of anyone to understand what was going on. The owner would not pick up his phone as he was on another job. We had 60 guests waiting for 20mins in the rain - they were all soaked, so not a great start to the days festivities. It could have been avoided with better communication. The customer service I then experienced thereafter when I complained was sub par and patronising, despite the inconvenience being entirely their fault. The other issue is the bus arrived with a huge cracked and broken window and they just put a garbage bag and some masking tape over it. Not sure if this is both safe or roadworthy. Afraid we won't be using the service again which is a shame as we typically really like to support local businesses.

We used this company for my daughter's wedding in February 2022 and found them fabulous.We had no trouble in our dealings with them, up to the wedding.The buses on the day were on point - timely, clean, reliable and the drivers were excellent.Everyone commented how good they were and how it really got the party atmosphere started.Some elderly people were even dropped back to their accommodation on the night.Thank you BB Double Deckers.

You guys absolutely rock!!! We had a fantastic staff party and were transported to and fro by the Magic Bus. It was amazing and Josie & Tim were so professional, fun and accommodating. Thank you so much from all of us at the resort! Lara

These guys were brilliant! We hired the Magic Bus to pick up our guests from Byron to bring them to Bangalow for our wedding, and take them home at the end of the night. The bus trip was an absolute highlight for our guests - everyone loved it. Josie and the team were great to communicate with, and it was a great experience all round.
