Just brought a phenomenal new car from Sutherland Volkswagen.Trent made the purchase seamless and went the extra mile to ensure that I was happy with the purchase.I also met the service manager who took the time to chat about my new car.I love my new VW Polo.Very economical vehicle ave 4.5 litres per hundred over 12 months.My first service since purchased last year and VW loaned me a brand new Tiguan which was a pleasure to drive. Service included a warranty repair. ( microswitch in gear lever mechanism).My car had been washed and vacuumed which is a bonus. Thanks Sutherland VW.

I have been using this dealer for my car service, people at counter are generally helpful and nice. But I am not happy with the courtesy coach service today mainly due to the bad management and communication .I left my car in the morning and said that if I can have my car back before 2pm( only fuel flap check or replacement) because I had arranged a zoom meeting between 2-4, I was told not possible. then i asked if i could courtesy pick up at the latest time before the service department closed, the answer was i needed to talk to the driver( number was given)myself.I then called driver around 10am. , he said not possible for he would not be in my area(actually only 5 mins driving from VW) after 4pm, not very sincere service.dealer's service is generally expensive, because you offered coffee, genuine parts, maybe plus courtesy drop off and pick up, but if you are not sincere, what is the point to see you here?

Sabrina is hands down the best car salesperson that I’ve ever dealt with. She went above and beyond to help me, guided me through the whole process and really knows her stuff! I would 100% recommend Sabrina if you are looking to buy a VW!

Bought a Tiguan just over 3 weeks ago. Price negotiated was understood to be a drive away price as I was asked to obtain a customer number from service NSW so that car can be registered in my company name. Received a letter from Transport NSW today advising car still not transferred. When I called Sutherland VW, they informed me that as a special condition on my contract it’s mentioned customer to execute transfer of rego.Entire experience now makes me feel as salesman (Trent) tried to hide / ignore fact about transfer of rego cost until contract was signed and I was committed to buy.Landed up costing me additional $1500 to transfer.Just leaves a terrible experience.

I have never experienced such a poor service from a dealership ever beforeSeems like they don’t value their customersSales person was so slow and had no idea of what he was doing, every question we asked he went and asked his managerTried to sell us the car with under a months rego and asked us to pay for the regoDeal was made to sell the car with 1 year rego but while handing over the car they forgot to renew itI was asked to pay for it and be reimbursed but several calls later, over a month later I was issued with my moneyAdditionally after serval emails about warranty information it wasn’t provided..Poor communication with the customer and within the dealershipEverytime you call to get an update the person who’s dealing with you is busy and never calls backFelt like I was doing them a favour by purchasing a car

Dodgiest Dealership I have come across. They sold us a demo van with tinting" It was the shodiest backyard tinting job I have ever seen so we asked if they could remove it. They did so and in the process damaged the rear window demister. No sorries or saying that they did it. Out & out blatant lying. They were in constant contact prior to sale offering you this upgrade and that but try get in contact with them after to fix up the issues and they show their true colours. If you would like a pleasant car buying experience please try another dealership."

I purchased a very nice used Kia Sorento at Sutherland VW. Besides a great car at a fair price I had fantastic, friendly service from Alysha who was lovely to deal with throughout. I can recommend Sutherland VW as a quality dealer and it was a really positive experience.
