Firstly we had a few teething issues with our Reneka Life machine, after calling customer service we were up and running the next day. May have been operator error, but the guys were onto it. Couldn't be happier.

Have been trying to get in touch with service department for two days. We'll call you back.......they never do. If you need parts for your Reneka machine, go direct to the company in france. It will be quicker!!
