Great service and their furniture are great quality and beautiful! We’ve bought several pieces for our home from Koala living and definitely love the unique designs and quality, only thing is there is a long waiting period for some of their furniture. But i’d say it’s worth the wait!

I paid thousands of dollars for dining table and chairs back in December 2022, the ETA for receiving both the table and chairs was Jan-February 2023, I received the table in March, and until now (May 2023) I didn’t receive the chairs, and every month I receive an email telling me that chair’s delivery will be delayed to the next month, i’m now stuck with a table that weighs more than 100 kg without chairs, when I complained to the customer service they offered 50% refund of the delivery fee which is like $40 max, this offer made me even more upset. I understand that there is a stock shortage and delays everywhere but my problem is giving me a wrong ETA and keep on changing it every month for mre than 6 months

Do not buy!!Bought a marble table and got delivered 2 Aug 2022 and it has a huge crack on it. Sent them email with photos and they offered a replacement which they said will take about 2-3months which i was happy to wait.Late October i got a contact saying my table has arrived and arranged delivery for Nov 8. Which never came!I called their delivery partner and they told me the table was damaged and was told to contact Koala living to rearrange a new replacement. So i called Koala, however they just said that its been sent and is due until late November. I told them what happened but never listened to me! No matter how many times i told them that their replacement was damaged.So i have to wait until late November to contact them again and ask for new replacement which they advised me on Nov 25 they sent another replacement.That 2nd replacement was due to be delivered December 29. And when that day comes they have a table that was cut in two! Yes! Its still damaged.This was a horrible experience!I have asked for a refund which they said they will but until they received the original table in their warehouse!Unbelievable!!!I have waited for a very long time to have the table that I've paid for. Unfortunately they cannot provide me with one.With all the damaged table during their delivery and handling. Im very sure the table will not be in their warehouse in one peice.But they refuse to refund. This is very stressful dealing with them.They are scammers. Never buy anything!!

Disgusting aftersales service..it’s actually non existent. Delivery is even worse!! If you go into the store everyone dressed really hip, you think they are great operators, however once you select your furniture and pay for it that’s when the nightmare starts. Absolutely horrible…never again

I don’t know how to explain, as I am struggling how this shop treated me and acted towards me I am still in shock and had no idea that there’s any legal shop in Australia that can treat any customer the way they treated me. I am big customer of this shop and bought a lot of furnitures.Three days ago I went to this store looking for Tv unit the minute I entered I saw the cabinet I shared in the picture here and tried to open it next second it was falling on me and I was fighting for my life pushing it back not know that the metal now next to it in the picture was on the top of it and fell on me it hit my leg. All the staff came rushing and the minute they realised that it’s only me who got hurt and no furnitures was damaged, they disappeared. I asked the man working there why are you guys acting like nothing happened here his answer was that this furniture was here last six months and it’s not their problem. I said I want to see the manager. she was less than 10 steps away from me and ignoring me. I was in pain and no one cared I have never had incidents like that and had no experience on what to do and how to deal so I left as I was able to walk. they took advantage of me and didn’t even make a report or even took my number. My leg is causing me a lot of pain and I am so sad, angry and disappointed not only that those who are responsible did not even acknowledge it but treated me like I was nothing.

I bought this couch and it’s the best customer service and the girls they were so lovely

Went to check for a sofa and fall in love with one at the first sight. Made the booking and got to know the sales person that we got two weeks to confirm the order. We took the time and went for the second visit after a week time. We then realised there is a one that goes with our living setup. Talked to the Marvin about the change of mind. He was very friendly and professional. Changed the whole order from the beginning and was generous to give more valuable advices. Highly recommend this place as this is where you can buy unique furniture and designs.We love their designs and the customer service.

It is very unfortunate that I have to change my feedback of this store from 5star to 1 star.Worst ever customer service. When you are buying stuff it is always yes everything will be on time etc etcNO ONE Picks up your phone! 12 weeks After I ordered something, when I chased the item they said it has discontinued and I can’t get it instead I can get store credit.Most of the 5 star reviews are based on their in store request that give us 5 star review and get a reed diffuser.

Excellent experience. Most friendly sales people. We’ve bought all we needed for our dining area in one go. Excellent prices compared to similar stores. Thanks to Marvin for his patience and professionalism. Very happy :-)
