If you're looking to get your Inokim scooter serviced here, don't bother. I went in to inquire about servicing and was advised to drop my scooter off anytime; returned another day thereafter to be told they're too busy with ski season to take it (the place has a ski-gear shop attached). Was advised to return two days later instead, and I asked if I should book an appointment — I was reassured that no booking was needed. So I returned; but bizarrely, I was again advised that they were still too busy…. However they reluctantly took the scooter off my hands when I reminded them of their discussion with me two days prior. Finally, I returned at the end of the day to collect it, and was — incredulously — advised that they hadn’t had a chance to touch the scooter at all. Seriously? The sales associate said that “he can’t service a scooter at the drop-of-a-hat”…. Mate, it’s not a drop-of-a-hat if I’m following your instructions in returning two days later as requested. What a ridiculous show they’re running.I asked why they didn’t simply advise me to book in at a quieter time that suited their needs? I had no unreasonable expectations about doing so if needed. He replied, “the scooter side of the business is really a side-hustle anyway” (that’s a direct quote btw). This was despite the bloke wearing an Inokim-branded hat while explaining it all; not to mention Inokim themselves pointing to this place as an authorised service centre. My point is, there’s plenty of other e-scooter shops in the city, so unless you enjoy haphazard advice and non-existent service, I’d avoid this one entirely.

Its mostly snow skiing etc supplies. The electric bike area is a small part of the shop. They made it clear its mostly a ski and snow shop. I went in for disk brakes for my electric bike and the owner showed me how to put them in, which was great. If you want a huge range of bike supplies or repairs then go next door to 99 bikes.
