I’m disappointed that I actually have to leave 1 star.I have 4 pairs of Lorna Jane tight that’s have holes in them and falling apart. I took them in, the manager is so rude. I honestly don’t know how she has a job. She told me my body type doesn’t suit the tight ( 4 pairs of tights) and my sizing could be incorrect obviously judging my body. She couldn’t even take the time to even look at the tights and see the holes. Just basically told me I’m fat.. her attitude is feral.This women should not have a job. She is a dead set rude lady. I will never be shopping with Lorna Jane again.

Horrible staff, rude and condescending with 0 people skills. Lorna Jane was a brand that I thought promoted women empowerment but I have learnt they are just one big money making scheme that does not value their customers and accepts the inconsiderate behaviour of their staff. Never will I ever buy from Lorna Jane again and I have encouraged all my family, friends and work colleagues to do the same. I am disgusted.

Really poor service for Lorna Jane. Took a product in for quality issue. They didn’t follow proper procedure and had to send it up to their head office myself. They tried to use it as a sales opportunity and instead lost me as a customer permanently! I’ve used this brand for 18 yrs and this is the first sub par experience I’ve ever had with a store or quality issue. Disappointed.

I have purchased Lorna Jane products for approximately 30 years and while I still love the product the major difference is the customer service I now experience in store and unfortunately Greenhills is NOT good. My most recent experience was after purchasing a jumper instore over the weekend in Sydney and it was the wrong size. I raced to Lorna Jane Greenhills straight from work on Monday arriving at 3:45pm. There was a sign on the closed door stating it was shut until 4:05pm. I could see a worker behind the counter on the phone. I came to the shopping centre for the sole purpose of going to Lorna Jane, I had nothing else to do there and did not have 20 minutes to hang around, I needed to be home. I was not the only person reading the sign on the door. If they need to shut the store as there is only one worker, I would think the hours they choose were ridiculous. I know that straight after school pickup is a pretty busy time at shopping centres so why would you shut for over 20 minutes then? Went home angry that my time was wasted driving into a shopping centre, parking and then not doing what I came for. My husband went in on Tuesday earlier in the day (in case it is common for that store to shut for awhile at that time) and ended up getting a refund on the jumper. Yes he left his work to do this and his message to me was had to get a refund

Absolutely disgusting customer service I’ve ever experienced.I am a new mum of 2 and tonight was the first time shopping since giving birth, I was walking past Lorna Jane when I popped in to ask a quick question in regards to 2x pair of maternity tights I had worn during my pregnancy that were starting to spilt at the seems. I was greeted by a medium/larger lady with black hair pulled back and wearing an orange top. As I politely started asking her a question (weather the tights have warranty or not) she was rude and offensive. She cut me off while I was speaking and even proceeded to body shame me. Told me I “should have purchased chafe free tights instead” I then said to her well these were maternity ? She then told me I should go online and speak to someone via chat.The conversation ended with her humiliating me by yelling loudly and sarcastically “OKAY BYEEEE” and walked off. I was very confused and left standing in the middle of the store with my twin pram. As I walked out I looked back and could see her talking about me to other customers.Absolutely disgraceful! All I wanted was some advice in regards to my tights I did not expect to be body shamed and humiliated. I am absolutely disgusted in the sales assistant behaviour especially with how comfortable she was to speak to me with such disrespect.

Lorna Jane at greenhills is one’s of my favourite places to shop no not just one of it is my fav place to shop. Every time I come in or walk past I am greeted and treated like I am part of the family by Shannon. For years I would walk by the store in envy of wanting to go in and buy from there however at the start of my weight loss journey this was daunting and not something I was keen to do in fear I would be embarrassed and things wouldn’t fit. It was Shannon that encouraged me to try on my first pair of lotus tights in an XXL and from that day on I was addicted! 72 kilos lost and now into a Small Shannon has encouraged and celebrated along side me in my journey. The team especially Shannon are an asset not just to the store but to the brand itself empowering and supporting woman and going above and beyond with customer service. Thank you and please pass this on to your incredible team sometimes it’s the small things that make the largest difference!

I have been shopping here for years, and as a group fitness instructor and now yoga teacher, I have always appreciated the impeccable customer service in store.Having tried to use a gift voucher online that I received for Christmas, I had an issue that needed resolving.Both Jody and Shannon showed me the utmost attention, and were not only professional, but extremely helpful and kind. I was treated with patience and respect - which has been my consistent experience over the years.Retail is difficult at the best of times, but during COVID the demands and pressures placed on staff in many businesses has been enormous.It was great to be treated with the same enthusiasm and care I've come to appreciate over the years.Thank you!

Absolutely disgusting service from two female staff members of Lorna Jane, tried to return an item with proof of purchase and tags still attached to the item in which one staff member said she was unable to process the return due to store policy stating it needed the original card it was purchased on. Even though the purshase was in our account name and we have ID to prove it, with the original receipt and tags still on the item. Then the staff member laughed and continued to speak condescendingly towards my partner and I. The other Lorna Jane member also laughed and said we are trying to help but sorry we cant help you. They also gave us a pretend customer service number which didn't work. This service is appalling and unacceptable.

Pricy as usual, so that wasn't a surprise. But shop assistant was more busy talking to her friend and ignoring me (obviously looking for stuff to buy), so I went to another store after 3 minutes. Bad service!
