One Stop RC Hobbies

Love the shop, but it’s a bit dark and cramped, as a result I bought two incorrect products (not the colour I was after). You can only get store credit for returns, no refund. Would still go back as their prices are most times better than department stores.

Purchased E Revo 2.0 from here recently. The only shop i could find that had stock of this newly release version. Not only that, they had the best price and i asked many hobby shops. Had issues with the E Revo steering servos failing within a week and Michael arranged for replacement and fixed it within days as he had to wait for parts delivery, otherwise it would have been fixed there and then. Then the servos failed again, all whilst still under warranty. After talking with Michael, explaining my dissatisfaction, Michael suggested he will repair and replace the servos with alternative higher rated servos. So far, it is holding out but it has only been 1 day. Michael has been helpful, understanding and quick to resolve issues that really has nothing to do with him, rather, he is resolving manufacturers product issues. Overall, Michael at One Stop RC Hobbies has been pleasant to deal with and always willing to help and resolve the problems I have had with the E Revo. As for the E Revo, it is a beast when it is operating at it's best. Super fast and handle well. If Traxxas would resolve the servo issues which looks like they are under rated for the weight of the vehicle, it is a good product overall. Just be aware of the servos. Going through 2 sets within weeks isn't good. Suggestion..DON'T BUY an expensive RC CAR online where you cannot get repairs under warranty dine. ALWAYS buy from your local hobby shop. Went in to check out the store first time, came out with a new Arrma Vorteks at the best price I can find in Australia. Michael was very knowledgable, gave no BS advice, and didn't try to push kits that have limited support/supply of parts. Will be a frequent visitor now.

Rocked up this morning 10am…. Now 10.30 shop still not open. Called about 3x, no answer… knocked on the door no answer. Next door tells me they open when they want. Lost my time travelling here 20mins. Not professional.

Happy to find a great hobby shop to buy RC cars and parts. Michael was informative and friendly. Highly recommended. Absolutely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just did our Christmas shopping at OneStopHobbies. Great shop to visit . Always get excellent customer service. Michael is always very friendly and very helpful . As is his wife. Took my son there today with his beloved Wild Willy 2, needing a bit of TLC. Mike was awesome and sorted us out on the spot, made some alignments, checked it all out and recommended a few upgrades to it, which we were very happy to go ahead with. At home now and my boy is delighted and we're extremely grateful to Mike and One Stop for such amazing and expert service. We'll be back there many times, that's for sure.
