Salisbury Plain Discount Pharmacy

I handed 7 scripts in at this pharmacy at 4.05pm today (9th June) and waited till 4.51pm without any explanation as to why so long. The shop was NOT busy. Ithen walked out to come back next day. I was VERY disappointed considering I have been going to this Pharmacy for many years. Vdisappointed. f. I thVery poor service.consideringi

Usually a great pharmacy but lately they’ve been dropping the ball, such a shame. Why advertise business hours if you’re not going to honour them? I rushed to the pharmacy for family who called last minute since I was already on the road and I checked business hours. This pharmacy advertises Sundays as 11am to 5pm, yet I got there at 4:49pm and the place is already dark and closed, apart from the back light on where I saw the pharmacist walking around. If I knew they close whenever they want and not honour their advertised business hours, I would’ve gone down the road to Chemist Warehouse who would’ve definitely been open. But since I wasted my time going to this pharmacy which is supposed to be open until 5pm, I missed out on getting the medicine for my sick family member.

Unbelievably slow to fill scripts. If you want to just get something off the shelf, they're OK, but don't go for scripts. Every time I go I make the mistake of thinking That was just last time

Quick efficient service. I don't think I've waited anymore than 10 minutes for a prescription and usually it's more like 5 minutes.

Excellent and fast service. The keyboard warriors complaining obviously have never been here. Old mate Shawno reckons his prescription took an hour, (he appears to have edited his whinge to half an hour recently), that is an obvious exaggeration. I highly recommend this business.

Always love going to this place quick service kind staff and truely a great place to get all ur medical needed
