Aspire Performing Arts Studio

Aspire was referred to me when I was looking for my 21mth old daughter to attend dance lessons. The ladies at Aspire are amazing with all the students! We have felt at home from the moment we stepped foot in the door. It is such a friendly atmosphere where we can be social & have some bonding time as well. My little one has absolutley no pressure to perform & always has a wonderful morning with her class full of little peers enjoying themselves.

We absolutely love being a part of the Aspire Family! From our tiny 2yo to our 14yo…. They all love how positive & inclusive the school is for all!

Our little one loved his time at Aspire! Such a lovely dance school with friendly and incredibly talented teachers that give such individual care to each child. So sad we moved away as our youngest now wants to dance like his brother! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

My daughter has been dancing with aspire for 5 years now. The teachers are highly qualified and my little girl adores Kyra! I am a professional performer, I’ve just toured in the Australian Tour of Hairspray the musical and I wouldn’t send my kid anywhere else.

Aspire Performing Arts offers all aspects of performing arts, just not dance. We have been with Aspire Performing Arts since its inception in 2017 and have thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The teaching staff are hands down the best I’ve encountered in my 20 years as a dance mum. My children were mentored, nurtured and supported way beyond my expectations and for that I am truly grateful, they have shown my kids how to be better people and taught them lifelong skills I couldn’t teach them. Their expertise is amazing and they teach their genres with such passion and drive. My children have gone on further afield in the arts due to all of this, one is at the Victorian College of the Arts in Melbourne studying a bachelor in music theatre and the other is now a secondary school teacher teaching the arts and also teaches at Aspire. They also nurture students to do their best in auditioning for performances with organisations in Mackay that offer opportunities to grow their skills and knowledge and perform on stage and in fact, they are producing their own musical this year for further enhancement of these experiences in a stage show. Of course, they are in the audience watching them perform, supporting all their students and their passions. Aspire is very much a big family of teachers, students and parents, a great start to any child’s performing arts tuition and experiences. You won’t regret your decision to enrol at Aspire, and if I had my time over again I wouldn’t change a thing. My only regret is that they didn’t exist sooner!
