UPDATE - 24/03:Changing my rating to 5 stars:Chantelle gave me a call back as she has spoken to her manager about my situation and C21 have decided to consider to provide virtual or have a friend or family member to inpect on my behalf due to my special circumstance of living in SA and wont be able to view the properties physically.So far I am very surprised with the service and support they have provided me. Chantelle will also keep me updated with upcoming rental properties to view and potentially apply and obtain.This is such a big help for me and my family to be able to move. I did not expect this type of service and consideration. Very happy so far.21/03Chantelle was very helpful with my queries. Its just unfortunate that century 21 doesn't do online inspections nor does it allow other people to like friends or family to view the property on behalf of myself. It is now a requirement for renters to physically go to the property and view it.Which makes it impossible for me to be able to aquire a rental property through C21 as I currently live in South Australia.It will be great if C21 has the flexibility and consideration for outside state renters looking to move into NSW.

They have no respect for people’s time and money. Very unprofessional service from Alowa and Aziz. They have made us incur legal fees and pest & building report for a property Then refused to respond to our calls and emails. They proceeded to negotiate and sell to another buyer without any communication. If I see any of their advertisement on a property, I’m walking away and will never deal with them.

Century 21 at Glenfield is one of the best real estate agents in Campbelltown area. Buy, sell or rent, for any service you can rely on them. Outstanding service, conveniently located and competitively commission pricing are the some of the many qualities they offer. I haven't come across any issue with them since last 10 years.
