We recently got some appliances from this store and the customer service was immaculate. Thanks again to the staff that helped us out and we won't hesitate to come back! :)

I have purchased many home appliances from this location over the years, however there is one staff member that truly goes above and beyond and is so helpful that I will ensure every purchase I make will be from this location specifically. His name is Dean and he is so informative and so helpful that he really deserves recognition as that is what turns sometimes customers into always customers. Thank you Dean, fantastic service.

We had a bad experience with a staff in the other Harvey Norman store which made us really frustrated. Luckily, we came across Ryan in this Chadstone store and he was super friendly and helpful, he helped us out and we finally had a really happy purchase. We like to highly recommend this Chadstone store, especially Ryan. We will definitely come back if we need any appliances in the future.

Jenny was really helpful. She’s was firm at first but was just doing her job thoroughly. Easy change of a terrible vacuum purchased and was able to get a new vacuum and pay the difference. Will be buying all appliances from Harvey Norman in future. Thanks again Jenny!

Five stars for the photo service!Efficient, quality and good value (especially when you wait for the sales to drop). We've made everything from customised mugs to photographic canvases here. We haven't had any issues and it would take a lot to make us consider going elsewhere.

I feel compelled to leave this glowing 5 star review regarding the amazing experience we had with one of your Salesperson Hussein and a 0 star review to another Salesperson named Jenny. Hussein definitely turned our experience into a positive and as a result, we decided to walk out with a 65 inch Oled TV.We came to have our coffee machine serviced under warranty. My husband was carrying the big coffee machine and Jenny, rather than greeting us with 'hello, how can i help' greeted us with 'what is wrong' in a very rude way. Due to this, my guard went up and my husband walked away to avoid the rude behavior. I asked if I could speak to the person I have been dealing with from this store. She rudely told me that this person was not in and so I told her the issue and gave her a copy of the receipt which she took from me and proceeded to go and look it up on the computer. In the middle of doing this, another customer asked her a question and rather than asking others to help as she was in the middle of something with me, she decided to walk off without a word to me. I was waiting for her to come back but she never did until one of the Salesperson from Whitegoods walked past to say hello. I told him what happened and he decided to continue helping me with my machine.We are not really in the market for TV's yet by my husband and I decided to go and check them out anyway. In comes Hussein. He was friendly, patient and even though we told him that we were just looking and not really in the market, he was still willing to answer our questions. He was so knowledgeable and showed interest and really listened to our concerns and what we had to say that it didnt even feel like he was selling it to us. We changed our mind and decided to buy on the day due to the fact that Hussein asked about us, our needs and why we were looking. he listened to all this and he presented the TV that he thought we needed based on the information he gathered from us. Such and effective sales technique.I worked in retail sales for 5 years and I know how taxing and draining it can be dealing with customers thats why I appreciate Hussein so much hence this review. He was a different breed of salesperson. He didnt rush us, he explained everything in a calm, clear and concise manner. There was no smart arse or sarcastic comment. He didnt apply any pressure tactic or bs'd his way into getting a sale. A true gentleman. He deserves this accolade.Jenny, be more like Hussein!! Hussein, I appreciate you!!

Met the most condescending manager on my visit there tonight. Big Caucasian bloke wouldn’t even look his Indian employee in the eyes as she was asking him questions. Long waiting time for service too. Bet I won’t be back.

Great homeware store , I have to say that I'm quite impressed it is massive and has everything you could want from computers, TVs , Fridges and irons plus everything in between. I only went in to buy a steam iron and got a $20 discount to boot. Normally Goto E&S but will be back to buy a fridge..

If I could give no stars I would. Purchased 2 phones heard nothing back and ended up calling them still wasn't sent after a week, got the whole still didn't receive the money spiel" so asked for a refund only to get a rude staff member Joel. trying to make every excuse not to give me my money
