Changed over old gas meter today I went to check it 5 mins after they finished and I can see a leak as their check solution is still there bubbling away good work lucky before meter but still pathetic

Honestly deserve the 5 stars. Great customer service from every single person I’ve dealt with in this company. Had an issue with my gas connection, called Phoenix Gas, they sent someone out within a couple of hours and escalated promptly. They were all so friendly and wanted to help, which you don’t get a huge amount these days in customer service!
