They installed a roller gate at our workplace a while back now and we haven’t had a issue since installation. No complaints.

The office/ shop is a little hard to find, and not so conventional but the team at LA Bayside were great. Over the phone and in person they helped me buy the remotes I needed and were happy to exchange if there was an issue (there wasn't). Thanks for the speed and ease to get this done and solve a problem concerning my family.

Terrible customer service. We had problem with the gate operation new motor installed with L.A. 2 technician came multiple times could not resolve the issue, and I was told totally different reasons for the issue. when I bring up my queries, he was rude, didn't want to share much. Head office told me the technician had a very stressful day. Is that even a reason for bad customer service?

I used Bayside Garage Doors & Gates company to fix my garage door which was not working. It was becoming dangerous as it could fall at anytime. When I contacted their office, they sent their technician very quickly and he checked the garage door and changed some parts and made it safe. He was very helpful and explained what still needs to be done to fix the door completely. The company sent me an invoice for the technician attending and fixing the door temporarily which was a very reasonable price. In a few days they sent a quotation to fix the garage door permanently which is a good price for what needs to be done. I am very happy with their professional and excellent service and price and I will use them for another job to provide a new double sliding automatic gate.

I have had excellent service from L.A Bayside. They were very prompt, always kept us up to date along the process, and advised when works would be carried out. We also received quotes quickly and I would highly recommend them.
