The service was exceptional ! The time it took to work out the details to when Mckee Plumbing came on site was nothing less than great service, if I had enquiries a solution was resolved. Mckee showed that customer satisfaction was priority. I would highly recommend this proffessional service again.

I needed a simple repair job to a leaking toilet cistern and Mitch convinced me to have a whole new toilet and cistern installed. What should have cost a few hundred dollars ended up costing $1393.00! A young tradesperson, not Mitch, was sent to do the job and I don't think he was very experienced. The sealant around the base of the toilet was a mess and I had to have someone else fix that up. I will never use this plumber again.

I Paid a $500 deposit to get a job completed and they were a no show. The arrogance is unbelievable with Mitch and I wouldn’t ever recommend dealing with him or his business. He has no people skills whatsoever! save your time and money and get a professional.

Mitch has a disgusting behaviour! There is even a news article clearly showing his poor and immature attitude to people. He lacks basic human social skills.

We contacted Mitch to fix a leak that we had under the house, this matter was resolved quick and easily, even though the crawl space was almost non-existent. We also required a fix to our hot water temp and pressure along with the refit of some old tap and shower fittings. Overall, Mitch was responsive and easy to deal with, we would work with him again.

Provided a quote and we booked an appointment, but he didn't show up on the day (apparently due to another job). A week later I called to try and rebook, but he decided he couldn't do the job. A bit disappointing, but I think he underquoted to get the job on short notice then decided he didn't want it later on.
