Great range of plants & seedlings, which look very healthy. The staff are very helpful too. Love the quality of potting mixes, love the fact they stock Brunnings potting mixes too, not many places do.

I enjoy going to this store as great selection of plants, outdoor settings and other products necessary for the handyman. Also other miscellaneous products too numerous to mention. Good parking and disabled have easy access. Great store with friendly and helpful staff.

Went looking for gutter guard as i need to stop possums getting inside roof.Spent only $2 on a 5m plastic stretch just to experiment with.Service lady knew which aisle to send me to. And did so expertly and politely.I shall return.

Customer Service was quite poor. There was a price left on item from 3 weeks ago. They didn't honour the price. Couldn't find items that were in the catalogue, was told just too look down the front. Very disappointed to see it change so much

Website didn't load bathroom items so drove down there. Nothing was where signs said it was. They had no baths, only one shower with no price, had to ask two people for service in a dead quiet store. They didn't have tiles either. Waste of a trip.

Went to purchase paint at your StAgnes store and received great customer service from a young guy named Steve. Great to have had good old fashioned customer service and will definitely be back for our next project.

Floor staff were friendly but had many problems with the delivery service. First of all they informed us that we would have to provide extra help to unload the table we purchased, even though there was a $100 delivery fee. They also said they would provide extra workers to help get the table out of the delivery vehicle. Secondly, they assured me that the delivery was scheduled for first thing Saturday morning (9am), since I had to provide extra help with the table. When it still had not arrived at 10, I called customer service and they said it would be another 45mins. However, even after calling a 3rd time the table did not arrive til after 12. The delivery guy did not come with any helpers as expected, or any proper moving equipment, so me and my mate had to help drag an 80kg table box across the tiles and around to the back of the house. Very disappointed to have to pay a delivery fee for it to arrive outside of the 3hr window (which was only advised to us at 9.40am the day of delivery), and then have to help unpack all the equipment without the help that was expected and booked. I would not have cared so much about the late delivery, it was more the fact that I was told I needed extra help available upon arrival otherwise the driver would not deliver. Therefore it really put my helper out having to wait around for a delivery that was over 3 hrs late. Not worth the hassle in the future.
