Had lunch after a game of golf. Couldn’t complain the food was fresh and delicious and filling.We had s & p calamari which was the tenderest we’ve ever had, not chewy. I had a prawn baguette. Have never had a baguette with king prawns before, usually it’s those tiny prawns covered in Mayo. My only complaint was the avocado was hard and not ripe. Came with a side of fries. My Hubbie had a seafood basket (not in a basket) prawns, fish, calamari and scallops he said were a little hard. This also came with fries and a salad. Excellent as well. The cost without drinks was $57 and 2 beers cost $16

Most of the food was delicious except the pork skewers were over cooked, pork special was delicious. The general bar was noisy which made it a little awkward to have a nice quiet dinner chat, volume had to go up to hear each other, over the bar. Beautiful atmosphere and service was nice. Except there were no drinks brought to the tables

I booked a table for 16 online, 2 weeks prior to the night and this was confirmed the next day with a call from one of the staff and I advised them that this was a belated Christmas Family Dinner, as due to other reasons, we couldn’t all get to QLD in December.When we arrived, there was no showing you to the table, it was oh your outside on the deck. We’d been allocated 2 large tables with Bench seats, with no cushioning, not really suitable for an 80 or 76 year old to sit on. So I went to ask for some, more appropriate seats, to which I had a stack of chairs pointed out and told “you can use them”. So I was left to carry chairs across the entire bistro to the area we were.Then we started sitting and realised that there was no way we could all fit on the tables allocated, so we had to drag another heavy table across the deck, so we could all sit comfortably, as you can on a bench seat.Whilst the food was nice, one meal was completely missed, with staff blaming an alleged new operating system.After dinner, several of us wanted a coffee and dessert, but we were informed that it wasn’t possible to get a coffee, they said that the machine was not working and we weren’t offered any dessert menus or dessert.I wouldn’t recommend it for a large group, they clearly can’t handle them, nor do they have the Customer Service Skills.

Great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner.We've been here many times over the past 12 yrs, at times in the past it could be a bit of a hit or miss affair, with either service or menu, but its definitely worth checking out again . New chef, new menus, good specials and a nice place to meet up with friends or family.Would highly recommend .Back here again (22/1/22) and had a lovely lunch with 4 of us, food was excellent, service friendly and efficient,spoke to the chef and complimented her on a lunch enjoyed by us all.Will be back soon.

What a great place to spend a afternoon. Very Pleasent. Wonderful view.good selection of drinks. Sorry the chicken wings were below standard. This could of been a 4 across the board.
