Thank you to Atlas Jewellers Wetherill Park and their outstanding team for always providing exclusive pieces accompanied by superb customer service. Since Atlas opened up a few years ago, we have been purchasing all of our jewellery from here, including a custom engagement ring and our wedding bands which are all exactly what we were after. There is no other jeweller who we would trust as much as Atlas.

We visited Atlas about three years ago in early 2019 and encountered the most helpful and caring staff who treated us very seriously as potential buyers. We then revisited the store a few months later and met Venos, the owner who is the most honest, helpful and caring person I have ever met in retail. She helped us purchase a beautiful original design ring that made me and my partner so happy. Unfortunately, after a few weeks, my partners found the call to be a bit too loose, so my partner went back and met with Venos. She said if she resized the ring, we would lose some of the diamonds and wasn't prepared to compromise our purchase, so Venos said I must make you a brand new ring, and that is what she did. Amazing service.We went back several times and purchased jewellery and recommended people, and she has always been exceptional.In November 2021, I went to see Venos arrange an engagement ring and once again, she exceeded my expectations and got it to me on Christmas Eve to propose.If you need a jeweller, please see Venos because you will get the best quality and service ever.Well done, Venos and your team

I wish there was an option to click on no stars, this store doesn’t event deserve a 1 star rating.The staff do not even know what they’re talking about, don’t even know the basics of a diamond. And when I asked them for a quote, they didn’t give it too much importance and gave a ridiculous price off the top of their head. Not to mention the disgusting attitude the so called ‘manager’ had, she thinks she knows what she’s talking about, when all she knows best is to belittle other stores jewellery, when her products don’t even look worth a dollar. The only thing you will get out of this store, is a manager, so stuck up her self, belittling other jewellers, pretending to know a fact about diamonds, when she didn’t even know how to properly explain to me the GIA certificate of a diamond. The whole service was terrible. If this business thinks they will run, they should change their attitude towards other people, show some respect, and be genuine with their customer, and respect their opinions. Don’t ever buy anything from here, if you don’t want to feel like you’re looked down upon. I am happy to pay a few extra thousands of dollars from a ‘commercial’ jeweller than some dodgy, disrespectful business such as Atlas Jewellers.

I've been going to Atlas Jewellers for 6 years now, and have always had amazing service from Venos and the team. Venos helped my partner create the most incredibly beautiful engagement ring and has always been an absolute delight to speak with. We have such a soft spot and so much appreciation for V, sometimes we just go in for a catch up ✨️

The minute I walked into Atlas Jewellers, I was greeted in such a lovely way. The ladies in the shop were so lovely and happy. The shop just had this beautiful smell to it. I felt at ease, and very comfortable in Atlas Jewellers. I purchased a Diamond Cross and I was definitely looked after by the lovely ladies. The owner Venos looked after me with the price. I walked out so happy, and will definitely be visiting them any time I’m wanting to purchase jewellery. They definitely know what they’re talking about when it comes to jewellery and I felt that they were literal experts. I recommend Atlas Jewellers to everyone!

Atlas Jewellers is the only place I trust to purchase jewellery. The owner, Venos is super helpful and she is so lovely. They provide the best customer service and is always reliable, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I always walk out with a smile on my face!
