I would not recommend these people. I bought a battery from them and had nothing but trouble until I replaced it. They would not give me a refund. I had been with this company a long time. I have since discontinued all my insurances with them and would never get roadside with them again. There are other better companies out there - better and cheaper. Go with them.I don't see how you can call your investigation thorough when it was one-sided. Your view-point only. Also I have had feedback from others about your batteries -seems they have a bad reputation. So you can say what you like I know the truth.

Only took about 30 mins for service tech to arrive. I wish I could remember his name because he was brilliant. Dean? I’m not sure. But he was very patient, informative, and professional. Had the car up and running in minutes. Answered all my questions. Offered advice on preventative maintenance. A really nice guy. Could not think of a single negative thing to say about the whole experience. Well done NRMA. I’ve been a member for nearly 30 years (with a break here and there) and the service has always been reliable and efficient.

My car wouldn''t start when I ducked out quickly at lunchtime, and I started to request NRMA assistance on the app. I noticed an NRMA road service van parked opposite me in the carpark and I asked the patrolman about recording my location on the app. He offered to look at my car even though he was on his way home. After confirming my battery needed replacement, he restarted my car for me so I could make the short trip home and then request the battery. I did so quickly on the app, and the battery van arrived right on time, and the replacement was done without fuss. Staff involved were fantastic and a credit to NRMA.

I left an internal light on in my car and of course the battery was flat the next day. I contacted the NRMA and was surprised to be notified that someone would arrive in 20 minutes. The battery was jump started and all was well. The service man was friendly, polite and efficient. It was a very positive experience.

You know when it's time to renew memberships and you wonder if it's worth it? Well I recently had one of those moments.A slight pause, a little hesitancy when I picked up my NRMA Roadside membership renewal. I paid it, even tho I don't drive much these days, preferring my e-bike or walking when I can.Well just a day after paying my membership I discovered I had a flat battery and had to call the NRMA to get me going again. So for those of you who is still wondering.....yes, for the odd times you need their help, it's nice to know help is just on the other end of a call.
