Rhys was professional, punctual and accommodating when I requested at short notice to have the placement of the machine relocated. They were happy to problem solve the situation. I was not onsite during installation, which I was nervous about, however the job was done very well, place was left mostly tidy. The installation was actually put through the roof cavity in the end, reducing unsightly pipework on the exterior of the house. Would definitely engage their services again.

The installation team (Andre, Dan and Daniel) were a pleasure to host at our residence throughout the process. The back of house support led by Barbara was fantastic as well. From my first phone call to installation, my experience with Buderim Air was excellent.All the staff were professional and courteous at all times.They cleaned up after themselves when they were finished the installation.The price was also quite reasonable.My new AC is working great and has made my small house much more comfortable.I definitely recommend Buderim Air to anyone considering having a new AC system installed.

We run holiday apartments in Mooloolaba and had an air con in a holiday unit stop working during Christmas holidays. Buderim Air responded very promptly in preparing a quote and once the quote was accepted fitted the new air con within a few days. Buderim Air supplied great service at a very reasonable cost, would highly recommend them.

Buderim Air replaced our ducted air-conditioning system after providing a thorough inspection of our very old existing system. Throughout the process from quote, to installation, ALL Buderim Air staff were professional, prompt, well mannered, and communicated with us extremely well. The instructions given on operating the new control panel was very well done. The installation was performed in a timely and respectful manner, with all involved very friendly.
