*** avoid avoid avoid *** not only do they false advertise their pricing but they are the rudest customer service in the area. My suggestion is to go around corner to Silver water hand wash who will treat you better and cheaper price…For further reference, we have used this car wash many times and car service is decent (customer service average) Today, we were greeted by the rudest lady who screamed orders/barks at us after accepting the car. The gist was (after ordering is to give her the keys), she was charging us $20 more because we had “animal hair”. We have a small Holden Cruze, all leather interior, and messy children… She was going to charge $100 (the fees for a 4wd/7 seater) after barking some things at us and walked off with our key. I will never go back- about 6 years of patronage and I will be reporting you to consumer affairs for false advertising….

Absolutely disgraceful! We parked our car across from this business and we got our pram out from the boot, we were just trying to get our 2 year old and 4 year old sorted. The pram was in lock just by the boot with our son and my wife was holding our youngest while I was grabbing the baby bag. She’s pregnant pregnant btw. One of the workers of platinum car wash starts to slowly reverse towards my children and wife, she kept going even though the were standing at the back of the car with the locked pram, it was quicker to try and stop her then unlock the pram herself and try and get everything out the way. She was banging the back of the employer’s car telling her to stop and she looked and my wife and continued to reverse. My wife was yelling and banging on the car saying “stop, stop your car!”. The lady employee was unapologetic and smiled it off with attitude. We tried to tell the employer and they smiled and said don’t worry about it..trying to send us on our way. Poorly handled and zero empathy. The employee continued to curse at us and carry on as we walked off. I’m so shocked that people can be this way. Stay away from these people!

Before I decided to wash my car in platinum car club, I saw not much positive review regarding with this business. However, I gave it a chance due to other previous bad experience I received with the other car wash in highpoint. I must say I very surprised and satisfied with the way they wash my car and have to disagree with other previous customer saying that service is not the best.As customers I can not always have a high expectation of my car to be very ‘CLEAN’ as our car will eventually be dirty either way once we leave the place and human are not perfect. Fortunately the work place spoke Vietnamese so the communication could be clearly and I explain the place where I would like them to take extra notice.I highly recommended this place even if your not able to speak Vietnamese and please understand that not everyone are able to speak English well.

I’ve had my car cleaned here before with no major issues. I went to get it cleaned today and was refused because my car had a pre-existing scratch and the lady kept going on about paint quality even though my car is in good condition. No customer service skills and very rude. Took my car elsewhere with no issues (and much cheaper). Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere.

Service was slow and communication was poor. I was given a time to collect my car (2 hours after dropping it off), and the car wasn’t ready yet. They ended up doing a rushed job and were absolutely unapologetic. I was charged AUD 55 for car wash and vacuuming a small hatchback.I would not recommend this place.

Really satisfied, got the $65 platinum clean and everything was micky mouse they even made the rims look brand new and there was dark stains on there that I honestly thought couldn't be removed. Nice and quick too, would go back 100%

My girlfriend dropped my car off for a wash and vacuum on Friday and the next day when I went to drive it I noticed really bad scratches all over the car. It’s like the entire car has been washed with a sponge that had grit and gravel in it.. I’m talking thousands of micro scratches and some of them very very noticeable and big. I easily noticed this because I recently had my car fully detailed, with a cut + polish and correction so the paint looked brand new (car is a 2016 model in black) just a few weeks ago, and this was the first wash since the detail.I’m horrified at how bad these scratches are everywhere, and photos will not even do it justice. Really sad about this and would love if these guys would pay for me to have the car detailed again (somewhere else!) but I don’t even know if that will help.Stay away from this place, I’d rate zero stars if I could.My paint job is ruined and I’m furious.

Got my car washed here and came home realizing the bird poo on top of the hood that was there previously didn’t even get cleaned? I tried to find a number online to call to let them know but there’s no number available. In hindsight, I should have checked when I got there to pick up my car however was probably too trusting that they would do the bare minimum.Do yourself a favour and go to Gold Car Wash in the Myers carpark. They’ve always done a great job and have a system in place to text you once your car is ready for pick up.

If I could rate this car wash a 0, I would. Took my car to get washed. They quoted $85 for wash and vaccum and then wanted to charge extra for the vaccum as their was sand on the car mats and extra for the exterior as it was a little dirtier than normal. If the car was clean why would I want to take it to a car wash? I hope they go bust with a mindset like that! Never again, don’t recommend at all!
