I've had nothing but fantastic service from the guys at Firm n Fold. I bought an electric back lift table late last year, the bed has been perfect but recently started making a vibrational sound as it was lifting. I called the guys from Firm n Fold, within days a technician came out to see me, it was a simple adjustment, the noise disappeared within minutes and the bonus was Nathan educated me how to adjust the bed in future if it happens again. Perfect result, thanks Chris & Nathan, I really do appreciate everything you've done. It makes life that much easier without any hassle.

The products are good quality, especially compared with other supplies in Melbourne, staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent service.Shane spent ages with me making sure I purchased the electric table that was right for me. The price was great.Received updates during Melbourne COVID lockdown as to the progress of my purchase.Table delivered a couple of days ago. Young delivery guy didn't complain once that it took us about 15 minutes to get it around a tight corner. Really happy with the pre and post service from Firm n Fold. Would recommend them to anyone who wants to purchase a massage table and all its accessories.

They have a discount policy only applicable to handpicked items. I was rejected one over that particular table being “too cheap”.
