I do like the product but unfortunately the service has been absolutely terrible from day one. i purchased through a store who called them on the day to confirm everything was in stock. They said yes but the process would take 6 weeks which i though sounded reasonable. i never heard back and had to chase them 4 weeks later to get a check measure and see if the product was even suitable. paid full price upfront and felt there was no interest in supply after they had the money with very little to no communication. finally got the kitchen installed a 2 weeks ago after 4 months and some back and forth about paying extra for labour on top of the 1150 for installation and and 350 for delivery. None the of the rubbish, pallets boxes etc were taken away and i had to chase the store staff to collect it all. presently i am waiting for someone to come and look at a light thats not working i've called the store 3 time who have assured me an email or call would come directly from Euro but its been a week and a half with no contact. Disappointed in both the store (Joes BBQ's) and Euro not a great experience for the money that was spent.
