The Doggie Diplomat

I had a consult with Felicity about two of my senior labradors. Over about 2 hours, Felicity unpacked the behaviours I was trying to change and gave me some strategies. We practiced these strategies with Bear and Bailey and I had the opportunity to ask any questions that arose from our discussion. Within a week of Felicity's visit, my labrador Bear will now jump in the car, instead of having to be pulled up stairs each time, and both of the dogs' recalls have improved a lot.As someone who has had some previous experience addressing problem behaviours in dogs, I found the session incredibly helpful in knowing how to approach the training for each dog and feel reassured that I am doing what I can to help my dogs succeed.I found the follow up from Felicity to be fantastic. The video covering the main points of our discussion and reinforcing the steps to take has been of great value, and I like that I can go back and refresh my memory if I slack off for a while.I would recommend The Doggie Diplomat!

Very pleased with the work that was done with Felicity. The steps taken to address the separation anxiety made sense and Felicity adjusted her strategies to accommodate our lifestyle habits. Thank you Felicity for your calming manner in teaching an old dog new tricks ( ME!) oh and our 6 months Lab, GEM. While it has only been 2 days since our training session, the change in Gem has created a much more calming and enjoyable atmosphere. Long time since I have had 'teenagers' in my life, so I am learning to adjust as well. Felicity's professional experience is beyond 5 stars and I look forward to our follow up session. Felicity was so good in giving us tips on how to manage Tess, our kelpies barking and jumping and how to read her behaviour better and understand what she needs from us. Everything that we have learnt we have been easily doing at home to continue Tess's training.Would happily recommend Felicity to anyone who is looking to enrich their dogs training.

Felicity was a huge help with our dogs. She listened, was patient with them and gave us some long term tips not quick fixes to help our situation.

Felicity at the Doggie Diplomat is exceptional at what she does.Her passion for dog training that meets the needs of the owners is clearly evident. From the first appointment, Felicity builds a natural rapport with the owners and dog. Her advice, verbal and subsequently also in writing, is specific, targeted and easy to follow. Felicity also produced a video for others in the dog’s sphere to view and learn from. She is extremely professional. Early days, but substantial behavioural improvement was apparent post the first appointment with Henry. I cannot recommend Felicity more, she is exceptional at her job and at very reasonable rates.

Felicity and her husband are both amazing took time and made sure that I knew what was going on and gave me small pointers as well if something is not quite working as it should and if I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would
