I received constant progress updates on the work being carried out via text, photos and regular phone calls.Throughout the process my wife and I were extremely pleased with the exceptionally high standard of customer service and workmanship from Adrian and his team. You deal directly with Adrian Farrace who’s level of knowledge and passion for these old cars is by far the best I’ve found in Perth. After having some over priced and average work done at various places around town I was glad to get some quality work done by someone isn’t just churning through customers and actually has passion for what they do. The team at Farrace can manage the entire project from start to finish, electrical, mechanical, suspension, interior, etc. and keep you involved in every step of the way, or just take care of the bits your not comfortable with doing yourself.Huge respect for these guys and 5 stars isn’t enough. We gave our XE to Adrian and the team At Farrace for a full bare metal restoration. They did a fantastic job as you can see in their pics on line. Adrian and the team at Farrace made my dreams a reality, prepping and painting my LC 71 Torana. They are a professional team with a 'can do' attitude whose passion and experience in classic and custom cars speaks for itself through their quality of work. After lots of searching and going to various panel beaters (who weren't very confident in repairing the rust on my windscreen) I called up Farrace Customs and spoke with Adrian who had absolute certainty in doing the repairs required.I made a quick visit to his workshop and he put his eye over it, gave me a verbal quote. I had to leave it for a bit because of unexpected cost elsewhere, but even after a year, he honored his quote.I dropped my car off and he emailed through a written quote (with some extra work to be done from an old Navara recall), and I knew from then I had made the right choice. He took before, during and after photos. Kept me up to date with sms/emails with progress and extra cost. Even at the end of the job, some of the dodgy clear coat came away, he sorted that out too at a reduce cost.I've recently picked up the car and it looks like a solid job. I'm confident that it will last the test of time. He managed to come very close to budget even with the extra work requested and the clear coat repair.Overall, very happy.
