Chris Cross Hair Studio

Got a haircut from here the other day and it was a pathetic experience. My bad. Even upon entry I had very weird vibes but still went for it just because I had seen 4+ rating here on google. Before the haircut I showed the picture of the haircut that I maintain and wanted even then the end result was wayyy shorter hair, something you cannot undo. Also the girl really didn't know how to do a good blow dry. She was constantly pulling my hair so bad that it was hurting. I felt as if I will go bald by the end of the blowdry. The brush also played its part because it was a very cheap one used for the blow-dry.Lastly, usually soon after the cut at hair studios, they clear the floor of all the hairs but here that was not the case. My hairs were all over the place and I was told to come to the counter and pay the bill while walking over my own hairs. Disgusting. It looks big of a place as compared to other hair studios around but definitely wasn't worth it.

Amazing haircut and colour last time I was here at Kingaroy. Sarah you cut my hair exactly how I like it and the colour was perfect.

Great people. Lovely old building. My hair looks amazing and is so easy to do.

Been going to Criss Cross for years, They've managed to mess up over 50% of them. Going to look at other Hair studios. I don't recommend

Amazing staff who are warm, inviting and welcoming. Fantastic products at awesome prices. Highly trained and talented staff who never fail to impress and exceed customers expectations. In my opinion - the best hairdresser I have been to.*UPDATE- I took my 11yr old daughter here and she is over the moon happy with her hair cut and really liked the staff especially Bella.This is the only place where you will always walk out with a genuine smile and feeling great about yourself every time.

Hubby had his beard trimmed at the Barber Shop around the back, would not reccommend at all. It was a terrible job, roughly clippered his beard, did not comb it or clean it up with scissors, long strands everywhere, didn't razor his cheeks or throat. Pulled his moustache hairs with the scissors when unevenly trimming it. We had to find another barber/hairdressor in town to fix it up before attending an event tonight, luckily we found a friendly and professional lady to complete the unfinished job. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

Love going to get my hair done at Chriss Cross. Highly Highly recommend Bella! She makes you feel comfortable and does an amazing job! She is also fantastic with kids! You won't be disappointed!

I used to be super confident with my hair and after going here I feel like crying and will not be wearing it down until it grows out. The girl who did my hair was rude. The hair cut was very fast and hurt, she pulled so hard on my hair that she made my eye water. Didn’t wet it AT ALL. I got it layered and the bottom layer is shorter that the top one. I asked for a V shape and it’s straight across. My hair used to reach a little below the top of my bottom and now it only reaches half way down my shoulder blades. I can’t even get it fixed because I don’t want to loose more length. I’m am very attached with me hair and now I’ve lost the only thing that made me feel good. I showed pictures of what I wanted and it looks nothing AT ALL like the photos. Asked for curtain bangs and it’s only a light face frame. I am extremely disappointed and very sad now. DO NOT GO HERE

I get my hair cut from the barbershop around the back. Girls are friendly, haircuts are relatively cheap, and i haven't yet been disappointed with my hair. I really appreciate the the bar fridge that they keep stocked up for waiting costumers - nice touch.
