Andrew and the team at Bentwood Events are amazing - they were flexible, responsive and accommodating throughout the whole process leading up to and on our wedding day. They made sure the whole process was stress-free and were timely in both the delivery and collection our the hired chairs. For the amazing service, you'd expect the prices to be very high, however their prices are very competitive and fair in comparison to every single Sydney-based event hire company - it was an easy decision choosing Bentwood Events. We got married at McKell part earlier this year and thanks to Andrew our wedding looked every bit perfect!He has no hesitation to give us his advice and also extremely transparent with his pricing.All items are in immaculate condition and very well looked after. Andrew was very professional, helpful and always quick to respond to our queries in the lead up to our wedding day. We had a last minute change of venue on the big day due to wet weather, but Bentwood did a fantastic job with the set up despite time constraints and ensured that everything ran smoothly on the day. Andrew and the team at Bentwood Events have been incredible.Firstly, we had a number of wedding delays across two years from early 2020. Throughout this time they showed great flexibility to us which made everything a lot less stressful.Secondly, our wedding was at the outdoor venue of Bradley's Head Amphitheatre. We had the wildest heavy rain event occur about an hour before the start of the ceremony. However with the radar showing a passing shower, we were keen to try make it happen. Andrew did everything he could to make our day happen, including setting up quickly/last minute once the rain thankfully cleared. He was incredibly kind, professional, and compassionate towards us.To top it off, the setup was immaculate. Andrew's setting was exactly what we had imagined for our wedding at Nurragingy Reserve. He arrived promptly and had setup done ahead of schedule, coordinated with us the whole time to make sure everything was perfect. He went above and beyond for us before, during, and after the ceremony!

Andrew was an absolute pleasure to work with organising furniture for our wedding ceremony. He was professional, organised and so easy to work with. We had changes due to covid, and then due to weather, and the team were always flexible and accommodating. Even when it came to rushing our chairs undercover 10 minutes before the ceremony when it started to rain the team stayed to help! We couldn't have asked for better service.
