I have had Maui Jim sunglasses for 10 years. They fit well, cut out harmful sunrays and don’t break when I sit on them. I have just had the scratched lenses replaced at the Maui Jim warehouse in Frenchs Forest. First class service as usual and a reasonable price. Thanks Maui Jim.

I am a proud owner of a number of Maui Jim sunglasses. Sent a pair that i have had for 7years for repair last Thursday as i had dropped and smashed a lens. they have been returned already, 6 days, repaired and with new nose pads that i didn't ask for. thanks Maui Jim.Will continue to buy your great quality glasses and enjoy your amazing customer service. 6stars for me.

I know now why Maui Jim are one of the best if not the best Sunglass brand in the world. I purchased a pair of sunglasses from a retailer over 4 years ago and they are amazing. The only issue i had was with the frame which only started about 6 months ago. Anyway i had heard that Maui Jim had excellent customer service and so decided to contact them. Today i went to their head office in Sydney and was seen by Jess which she happily replaced the frames at no cost and without any fuss. Simply amazing and very happy. I highly recommend Maui Jim as they not only sell quality products but also back it with quality service.

Fantastic service from Maui Jim Australia, 5 years old product which had an accidental break of an arm. Maui Jim Australia replaced both arms and the nose pads, only cost was postage there and return. Quick turnaround and great communications. They are also great looking and effective sunglasses.

I have tried many different brands of sunglasses over the years and Maui Jim are by far the best. On top of that I have broken the lenses on both my current pairs through my own misadventures and the service I have received from the Sydney office has been outstanding. In both cases the glasses were fixed and returned in less that a week at no cost. Thank you Maui Jim

Outstanding service! Highly recommended. Amazing communication throughout the repair process, with emails & even a call. From sending in broken sunglasses to receiving them back took less than 2 weeks! Maui Jim got me as a forever customer!

Bought my second pair of Maui's (Castles this time) 3 months ago, had the top of the line RX lenses fitted, best vision and optics ever. Unfortunately glasses were stood on, frame was bent on one side. Repaired or replaced the frame at no cost and all within 5 days. Amazing, amazing service , never mind the best optics in the business. Ordered another pair in recognition of such amazing customer service. Highly recommend.

Sent my trusty pair of seven-year-old wrap round Maui Jim sunglasses in for repair as one lens had chipped and cracked. Not only were both lenses replaced at a very reasonable cost, but the frames replaced at no charge - Simply amazing, and the sunglasses are brand spanking new again!! Thank you very much Maui Jim, and an absolute pleasure to deal with....David
