Last week I bought a $13.50 flathead pack from here and was disappointed with what I received regarding value for money. The fish fillets were pretty obscenely small - they might as well have served me fish-fishing. I thought I would give them another go after having a disappointing experience with a fishermen’s basket from there a couple of months earlier. The service isn’t overly friendly and unwelcoming, and It feels like they’re having a laugh with customers with pricing and value for money. Kiama deserves better.

Was down from the Gold Coast and although i only got some chips and a potato scallop it was the BEST potato scallop I've ever had. Thin crunchy batter with thick potato slice.

We went to this restaurant on Sunday, after 3 pm. Maybe that's why there is no queue and the fish and chips is crispy. The portion is just right. But eventhough there is no people, the table is not clean. We end up has to clean it ourselves. This restaurant open till late. So if you plan to have a late lunch or early dinner, after 3pm, looks like this restaurant is your only choice.

Accepts cash only, not very convenient for customers.Hot fish & chips served quick - good.Chips a bit saggy.Serving size is good.Priced accordingly.Street parking can be a challenge.Walking distance from the blowhole.

I didn't have high expectations due to the reviews, but in the end it was the best fish n chips I've ever had!! Got the barra, the batter was super golden, crispy and thin too which I love (hate it when it's a thick dough), and also a crab claw that was delicious. Will be returning when next in Kiama!

Everything was cooked really well. The fish was delicious. My only complaint is the chips were soggy. It’s a good thing my kids like them like that I guess..
