I placed an order for a Seiko. After one week I see or hear nothing. I email the support team and someone tells me the last watch was found broken and more are coming in within a week. So I wait over a week and no answer. I ask to cancel and refund the order. In the mean time i order the same watch on ebay, shipped the same day. Both watches turn up at the same time. I send the watch back via express post one week ago to be refunded. Still no answer. Will never deal with these guys again. Absolutely useless and unorganised. You have to be able to communicate with your customer.

Really helpful, told me which watch was best and kept me from buying a more expensive watch since I wouldn't need it. Was received the next day! Really impressed

I would give it no stars. They don't respond to emails and when you ring no one will talk to you.
