Such a great company! I accidentally selected postage when I wanted to pick up from Silverwater and they happily refunded the postage cost. The office was easy to get to and collect my order, the staff were so friendly and said next time to call them and they will bring my order to the car rather than getting all my children out! Will definitely be ordering from them again!!

I recently made a purchase online for two items for my granddaughters 8th birthday. They emailed me to say there was a delay from their suppliers, then when the items came in rang, and asked that as we are in lockdown, could they send them directly to my granddaughter, ON her birthday, which they did, and she was thrilled. I have let all my FB family know (where there are a lot of grandparents). Good service should always be acknowledged.

I recently ordered a gift through the Crayons website for a friend who had just had twins. I selected the gift wrapping options (which, as customary, you pay a small fee for). I realised after I placed the order that I had made a typo on the gift card message. When my friend sent me a photo of the gift she’d received I saw that not only had someone at Crayons handwritten the note on the gift card (most companies don’t bother and just print it out) but that person had even corrected my typo! Bless! So thank you Crayons person who did that. I was really grateful for the extra touch. Will happily order from you again in the future. (I should add the price for the toy was about $20 cheaper than anywhere else I saw).

I was extremely happy with the service I received from Crayons. I was able to find the Schleich items I wanted after looking at many other sites that were all sold out. I wanted to buy one extra item after finalising my order and after a quick phone call was able to add this, no problem. I received my order within a week just before Christmas. Thanks Crayons for such a hassle free transaction. I would strongly recommend the Crayons website, easy to navigate and they have a huge range of great toys at really good prices. Thanks again!

I had to leave a review to say I am blown away by the customer service provided by the Crayons team.An item I ordered was delayed in reaching them (by no fault of their own). I was sent a similar item by express post so that I had a gift in time for a party. When they received my original item, it was also sent to me via express post.The staff are friendly, kept me constantly updated and went above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction.Thank you so much Crayons. I just wanted to share the positive service I received from crayons. It unfortunately resulted from an issue with the order being delayed (hence the absence of the fifth star).When I asked about cancelling my order (which I only needed to because of a time limit I had to receive it), it was a painlessly quick and easy process. Within next to no time of my call to the store, everything was put in place for the order to be cancelled and funds redirected back to my bank account (I used PayPal).I thought it was only fair to leave this review to highlight the positive experience dealing with the store that resulted when things didn't quite go to plan.

Ordered puzzles I wanted online at reasonable price, and shipping. Was despatched and delivered very quickly, especially for the over the Easter weekend and during carona. Would definitely use again. Puzzles were well packaged and arrived undamaged.

So easy to deal with. Great communication. Delivery was so fast ordered Monday and arrived Thursday. Very well packed. Will be purchasing here again. My grandson will be so excited with his hexbot robots.

I ordered some warhammer models from here, they had great prices and the delivery was fast and processed my order fast aswell.They deserve to be noticed, have a look at the website. And consider them next time you need to purchase a gift.I ordered again from them and saved 20$ on citadel paints compared to other suppliers.The order is on its way, again fast processing and delivery.Top notch

After stumbling across Crayons for some really well priced Christmas presents, I used them again for party favours for my daughter’s birthday. I had left it ridiculously late and couldn’t find what I wanted on the website, but a quick call to Jono saved the day. He literally searched the whole warehouse for me, found what I needed and sent it out and delivered by the very next night, just in time for the party. I cannot thank them enough for that extra effort and diligence. Their range is massive, their pricing is super competitive, and with customer service like that, I can’t fathom ever shopping anywhere else now for toys or educational tools. I’ve told all the mums I know about Crayons, and look forward to a long and friendly association with them. Supporting small business is so important in this climate, and Crayons make it very easy to do so happily. Thanks again!
