SN Nails & Beauty Cardiff

Due to my profession I am unable to get my nails done often - only when I have annual leave. I've always come back from a salon and been disappointed with the result. After searching around I decided to give SN Nails a go. Best decision I ever made. Time is taken to make sure each individual nail is exactly how it should be. The woman who does the nails is approachable and keen to give you exactly what you wanted. Prices are brilliant. Will definitely be going back here again!

Disappointing experience. Nail tech was talking and texting on his phone, acrylic placement was so far forward they looked 3 weeks old, no care taken with top coat. I wouldn't bother going back again.

Had the best SNS nails I’ve ever had here. Elena is lovely, so friendly and VERY good at what she does. The shop has been redone and is beautiful - I’ll be going here from now on. Thank you!

I booked a number of appointments for my upcoming bridal shower, hens & wedding with SN Nails Cardiff. I provided photos of what I was hoping for in advance to confirm they could provide the designs requested. I attended the salon for a new full set of acrylics & expected that 2 hours would be more than enough time for the appointment - as I had another appointment to attend after. There were 2 staff & myself & 1 other customer in store & I had arrived on time. After 2 hours of the lady working on my nails I started to stress as she was extremely slow & my nails where nowhere near finished so I asked if my nails would be done as I have another appointment I couldn’t miss. She told me they would be finished in time. It got to 2.5 hours of work & I had to ask to stop as I was now running late to my next appointment. They charged me $85 for UNFINISHED nails & allowing 2.5 hours of time for the appointment. I have NEVER spent so long in a salon for a set of acrylics & the staff were unapologetic & unprofessional - having their phone on loud speaker whilst doing nails. The salon is dirty & dead silent without music or a tv to entertain guests for such long appointments. I will not be returning for my remaining appointments & suggest the staff undertake some training so that they are more efficient with their trade. I am extremely disappointed with my nails as they are not what I requested & staff knew they are for my upcoming bridal shower & hens.
