Only leaving a review as I just got an email asking for one!Bought a pack of 25 RAT tests back in January when supply was low in Victoria.The website said in stock for the 25 which is why I bought so many, but I was understanding that it might take a bit to arrive.Fast forward a month later, no information at all on my order, so I contacted Oz Medial. Zero Response.Ended up having to go via PayPal to get a refund and lodge a case which luckily managed to get my money back.So, no correspondence, aside from an email today asking for a review, so here we are.

I have ordered from this company a couple of times. During the COVID lockdown they were one of the few companies that had stock available for click & collect which was much appreciated. Recently I collected another order, & again was impressed with the communication & customer service.

Fantastic products, took a while for delivery (But I ordered when RAT tests mentioned on the news). They are a small Ozzie owned company, so I know postage takes a while. But the standards are the highest Quality (Australian Standards).I will definitely order through them again, but know there maybe a month turnaround time.Hopefully soon everyone, COVID becomes an issue of the past.

UPDATE: Jade has since emailed me and the refund should be in our account in a few days.There is a few people trying to cope with a large backlog. I can only suggest some automated type emails to anyone waiting either offering a refund or a expected delivery date. Hopefully all sorted for everyone soon.I, like so many others, ordered RAT on 10 Jan.There was an email saying there would be a delay in orders a few weeks later.. then nothing since. I thought fair enough, some delay fine…I emailed several weeks ago requested a refund as they were no longer required. Didn’t receive a response. So today, 18 Feb, I emailed again.Decided to follow my gut feeling and search reviews on this company.I then put in a PayPal claim for my funds, which have instantly been refunded in my favour. Obviously no RAT received to date.I notice the company blaming the demand, however some further communication might have helped in this case, and we are well over a month now since I ordered.Buyer beware!!

We have carers coming weekly to our home, and family visiting. Everyone needs to do a RAT. They are all so happy we changed to one of OZ medical's RATs. The website is easy to navigate and order, the delivery is very prompt and correct and the ECOTEST Antigen Nasal Test Kit is so much easier and more comfortable to use. A great relief for me - thank you Oz medical!

Had a great experience with Oz med. They were able to help me out with my order issues when I called them, and walked me through the steps to resolve my problems. Lisa was lovely to talk to and made me feel heard the whole way through!! I received my order soon afterwards. Thank gosh the RAT tests came out negative!

This has been one of the worse customer experiences I have ever been through. We ordered RAT tests on 3/1/2022. We understand that orders have been overwhelming and there has been a difficulty with providing stock but the delay in communication has been terrible. Secondly why would you take on more orders when you can not meet the demands or communicate in a timely manner?After a month, we received a shipping update but the package has not left their premises since 1/2/2022 according to the Australia Post website.I finally received an email 11 days ago with a promise that I will receive a refund as soon as I forwarded bank details. I sent the details immediately. It is now 5/03/2022. I have not received the order nor have I received my refund of $134.90 into my account.I love supporting Australian businesses but I’m very disappointed with this service so far.

Worst experience ever, bought RAT on 10th Jan as they advertised they had stock and would be dispatched immediatley to be recieved within 7 days. When still not recieved by 10th feb I emailed and asked for refund. No repsonse to communications. Then yesterday 28th Feb alerted by aus post item had been delivered, only problem is it wasnt to me! product had been shipped to a completely wrong address! Seems only means of communicating with this company is by reviews. If you value your hard earned money dont buy from them and dont trust there advertising. I still want a refund!

Thank you so much Oz Medical, just when the govt has abandoned us you have come to our rescue. I was able to get some testing kits, negative result thankfully, from here and I was able to catch up with family members. If not for Oz Medical I would have had to get a PCR test....if I could get one, then wait days for the result. Very easy to use following the instructions. Highly recommend this business 5/5.
