Zara PF is the best - love that there is always new stock and the merchandising is always fresh. The staff are what make the experience though. Friendly and superb product knowledge. No matter how busy - they will always take the time to assist with whatever you need.

I cannot begin to explain the horrible experience I get whenever I come into this store.I love Zara, but the “service” you get from their staff is just rude and with no intention to help.They don’t event look at you when you are asking a question and make you feel like you are just annoying them.I work on retail myself and I can’t believe how they can hire staff so rude and not willing to even care about their customers.

Horrible experience with the staff. Wanted to try a shirt that Zara had in the display window - was advised by staff member that i am not allowed to try it and they have non left on the floor. I was confused why do they have it on display if i cannot buy it. She then found two on the floor and both were not my size. The one in the window was. I asked if I could buy it and she told me there is a procedure and I cannot buy that shirt. Was very rude and so was the girl in the changing rooms.

Worst customer service we have ever experienced, not unusual to not get greeted in this store, however if you ask for help in the change room the staff respond simply that they work in a different ‘section’. Request they get someone from the right section who can help you, so you know, you don’t have to get dressed and go searching yourself - and it’s like you just swore at them, and get ignored.Then, no one around to actually put you through to pay, I tell the ‘manager’ about the terrible service - to whom I get a blank stare, and informs me I’ll just need to go downstairs to be served. The whole store needs a review in customer service training. Terrible experience here

Customer service was very unhelpful, cold and disappointing.I went in to see if i could get a click and collect early, was told by the staff that i couldn't pick it up as it hadn't processed. Then i asked if i could just buy the product and cancel the order as i don't live close and would rather sort the issue now. The staff told me i would have to come back into the store when the order was ready to get my refund...I decided to buy the item that was just behind me at the counter and told the staff member i'll just grab it and pay. As i turned around to pick it up she went to take another customer through. I had to ask the staff member again if she could give me a second to grab and pay for it. Left with a horrible unhelpful experience.Got home only to find that you can cancel a click and collect order, also proving staff are misinformed and incompetent to assist customer queries.

Yesterday 25/8/22 I purchased for my wife a beautiful puffer jacket for 139.00. The young sales assistant was extremely helpful in helping me to pick the correct style and size, and frankly I was most impressed with the quality of the jacket and also with all the help that I received.I approached the cashier and was asked would I like a carry bag. I said ‘’yes please’’. The cashier then said “ That will be another $2.00” I looked at her and in a polite way I said, ‘’You can’t be serious”. She was serious alright, and I politely, and nicely walked out of the store with the jacket under my arm, and without a bag. Not a nice feeling, pity, I don’t think I will be coming back.

Amazing staff! They been able to assist my parents that cannot speak a word in English as there was a girl that spoke Spanish!!! Is hard to find multilingüe staff in a such multicultural country. Bless herI think her name as Laura or Lauren.

Bought two items online to be delivered to the store. Recieved an email saying delivery had been delayed by a week. 2 weeks later it was still showing out for delivery. I went into the store to see what was going on and they called customer service who then said it had been delivered on the original date. But was nowhere to be found. Only get two star because the lady in the store was helpful.

Rude customer service, phoned up to exchange my recent online order - a knit to a bigger size, was rude on the phone ... but they had one Large left, raced all the way down the coast from Brisbane to Pacific Fair, exchange (staff on register was nice) Get all the way home to find the price tag says large but inside garment tag says Medium .... what a waste of a trip, time and money !!! only other correct size is in Sydney and they do not send stock up !!! So annoying !! Online says Nil but some stores still have stock !

Dear Zara Pacific Fair manager - I understand you have a lot of foreigners working in your shop - but we live in Australia and I think it should be a common practice that on the floor - staff should speak English when customers are present and not on their own language. It is very rude and unprofessional especially in front of customers that have no clue what is being said.Also - smiling to customers shouldn’t be optional but compulsory!
