Great store, friendly staff, and reasonable price. I am so happy with my purchase. The staff helped me find suitable football boots that fit me like a glove and are so comfortable. I will definitely recommend the store to my family and friends.

Pretty disappointed, drove across Melbourne as the website list plenty of shoes in my size in stock. When I arrive at 1.30 there's a sign on the door, closed for lunch

3 times now I have ordered online and even though they say in stock" they are not. Don't answer the phone and take ages to reply to emails.I use to purchase threw them all the time and also recommend them to clients. But 3rd time of what i ordered not being in stock was the last straw and i will no longer order from them.Great prices but not worth the hassle"

Don’t answer the phone or reply to emails! Have paid for shoes and haven’t received or been given a refund. Do better guys check your emails and pick up the phone!…..update 4 weeks later shoes show up, different model to the one originally purchased from website so a like for like model was sent. Seem to fit but pretty confused by the whole process and will be reluctant to use these guys again due to entire lack of communication.

Huge range and they are usually cheaper than other retailers. I like to order online from them, but its good be able to go into the store to try on different brands or models of shoe. The staff know what they are talking about and do their best to help with what you need.

These clowns offer possibly the worst customer service going about. I’ve shopped with them a number of times, because they do a good deal, but giving them the benefit of the doubt that it will improve each time has burnt me again. Competitive prices for sure but are unable to process and ship orders or even communicate with buyers in a timely manner when the sales come in. It’s now been 10 days since I ordered and apart from the initial order confirmation have had no further correspondence, despite making contact with them twice. Previously they’ve used the pandemic staffing excuse or passed the blame to Australia Post as the reason for delays, but their poor service appears to be systematic and they are under-equipped to manage their orders when they have a sale on. Still waiting for my order. Hoping this review might encourage them to follow up. Spend the extra few bucks and buy from a reliable and timely online store.

Honestly the worst service i have ever recieved. Purchased shoes online on the 10.05.23. No email or correspondence to tell me there would be a delay. Took me weeks of emails and phine calls to eventually get through and cancel my order 26.05.23. As i had purchased another pair of runners because i could not wait any longer. Then today 02.06.23 i get a notification to say my order has been shipped!! I call up and the man" then proceeds to talk over me and not listen to a word i say. Giving me numerous excuses as to why he forgot to cancel my order a week ago!!! What a disgusting person who should definitely get out of customer service!!!"

Stringers has great products at a great price if you know what you need / want. Unfortunately, I find online purchasing extremely frustrating that whilst their website lists a product and it can be ordered and paid for, it does not necessarily mean it physically in stock in their shop, just that it is available at the manufacturers for them to have to order in. This takes time with no updates along the way. Whilst I appreciate they may be assisting customer in store, their lack of attention to answering the phone to follow up on your order is also frustrating. If you are trying to snap up and deal and need the shoes relevantly quickly then it probably isn't the store for you.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from this store. I made an online purchase 11 days ago thinking I would receive the Brooks shoes on time to take them OS but have rung the store at least 10 times(in office hours 9.30 to 5) to find an answering machine on every time. The only reason I didn't buy from Brooks as they did not have my size. I have received NO correspondence from this store other than the original invoice. So Stringers has my money.Think I have made an expensive mistake.
