SUCH RUDE STAFF!!! I tried on a size 8 top and walked out of the changing rooms to show my friends and one of staff told me I should try a size bigger as she could see my roles. I was extremely appalled by her comment, I changed the top to a size bigger (which was too big), as I was trying it on she was outside the door waiting to see me. I was so upset, I quickly got changed and left. As I was walking out, the same lady yelled at me for not getting the top out of the changing room. I continued walking as I was so upset and was about to cry, she followed me and handed me the top and asked me to put it back on the rack. Isn't that her job? I walked out crying and it ruined my day. I cannot believe that she works there! She is the rudest person I have ever met and should definitely get fired!

Always has the cutest outfits. Sizes fit perfectly. The customer service is amazing. I love this place!!

This store has a great selection of items and some super friendly and welcoming staff who will go out of there way to help you put together the perfect outfit. One staff member, Jade, gave the best customer service I have ever had at any retail store!

I love glassons clothing! The staff are nice and helpful, the only downside to this store is that it has less changing rooms and less variety than the glassons store in the city.

I recently visited Glasson South Yarra, and I must say that I had a terrible experience. The staff there were extremely unhelpful and rude. I walked into the store and was not greeted by anyone. I looked around for a while and couldn't find my size in a particular dress, so I tried to get the attention of one of the staff members. However, they were all busy chatting with each other and ignoring the customers.When I finally got their attention, I asked for help with sizing, but they seemed annoyed and didn't want to assist me. They simply pointed me towards a section of the store and walked away. I tried on a few dresses, but none of them fit properly, and I needed help finding a size that would work. However, when I asked for help, I was ignored again, and the staff just continued their conversation.The worst part of the experience was when I saw another customer trying to get the attention of the staff member, but she was completely ignored. It was shocking to see such terrible customer service, and I left the store feeling frustrated and disappointed.Overall, I would not recommend Glasson South Yarra to anyone. The staff are unhelpful, rude, and seem to have no interest in assisting customers. I would suggest looking elsewhere for a better shopping experience.

Disgusting behaviour from staff. I am a young lady that is not a typical size 6-8 like the girls that shop there hence I was treated so rudely. I wear a size 14-16. My friend and I were not even greeted upon entrance! My friend asked the lady if there was a size 14 available and the lady abruptly responded no without even looking at the garment or my friend and DID not bother asking us for assistance but helped others around us.When I was in the change room there was one other girl who was getting service from a staff member for clothing sizes but I was ignored completely, thus I left quickly and purchased what I needed to and hurried off. At the checkout the two ladies were talking and took a minute to finish their convo before serving me, didn’t ask us any questions or talk to us and just passed our things over.This nearly ruined my night because I felt so uneasy leaving thinking I was worthless but those staff members need a reality check and learn to be kind to all sizes.Won’t be shopping there again.Greatly disappointed as was my friend.

i had genuinely some of the best customer service at this store! Simran helped me out and was one of the nicest girls i have ever met. she went above and beyond for me and was so sweet!!!!!!

All the girls at glassons chapel are super lovely and always help me out so much with finding an outfit, my shopping experience there is always pleasant!
