Clean and nice shop, great service and friendly staff. All your halal meats and products. Only little negative is the temperature of freezer where they put meat seems low and when you get fresh cut meat it is not as cold as it should be. This compared to other butcher shops and supermarkets. Wonder if there is any regulation on this. Once I has to throw my chicken as it smelled little weird. Hope they can address this.

Rude customer service. No manners to talk or give answer to simply questions

No hygiene standards. No front door so large flies hover on uncovered trays of meat with the fridge display doors left open. The cutting table & machine stained with blood and bits of meat and not cleaned so more flies were gathering on it. They do not use gloves to handle the meat such as mince and use bare hands to package it - the same hands they handle money with & there is no evidence of any hand washing or disinfectant for staff. They are abrupt and belligerent normally but more so when given feedback. Pity this is the only halal butcher in the 5km radius otherwise I would never shop here but was forced by lockdown.

Small, but perfect for the meat I'm after. There is parking up the ramp, but you need an SUV to get in it. Otherwise parking at the Westfield mall and walk here.

It is more than a meat market. The shop carries a variety of Asian groceries, Spices and ready to cook items. The time I visited (around 5.00 pm) the meat showcase was almost empty but you can ask for items from the storage room. Good place for goat meat and mutton ( for the Indian style of cooking). Not entirely cheap though. The frozen goat and mutton is cheaper in the Indian grocery shops. The meat here is fresher here though.

Went there for the first time (and last) on Easter Monday to get goat meat.I cannot describe how atrociously rude the staff was (only one bearded fellow). Did not want to respond politely to any simple questions I had about the meat. Rude is an understatement. I for sure will not be stepping foot into this shop again perhaps even avoid Hunter Street. He’s put me off that much! So, Mr. Shop Keeper just remember that karma is a very bad thing. How you treat others is how you will get treated in this life or afterlife, it won’t go away!Mr. Shop Owner if that is your staff, you need to have a serious chat to him about manner and customer service. Not asking for much but I’ll happily drive an extra 30 kilometres to get goat meat just to avoid having to deal with him again.

The only reason this shop functions is because of the specific meats they sell. I still go there inspite of the unhygienic manner in which the meat is handled without gloves and the slightly expensive prices because of the desi Murga and goat meat which they sell. However, these guys are outright rude while interacting with customers and one of them probably also needs psychiatric counselling.

Good halal butcher with a collection of south asian groceries. Well located and stocks most things needed for a Bangladeshi, Indian, Nepalese or Pakistani kitchen. However, not a big fan of how they cut the meat. Most likely they need more training on cutting and handling the saw.

Always check your bill twice while paying at this shop, they are very dishonest, once you are a regular customer and not paying attention, the owner is going to charge you 15-20 dollars extra in the bill.He charged me 20 dollars extra in the bill for nothing but when I checked the bill and confronted him only then I realised that he has done this to me before. Most of the products on the shelf are expired too.
