Rock Scholars

Rosalie started her weekly lessons last week and now they are one of the things she looks the most forward to each week. She does Songwriting and Bass lessons and they are extremely worth each cent.

Rock scholars is an amazing place for young musicians to grow and thrive and most importantly have a place where they belong. My son was apart of the band program for 3 years and we will forever in their debt for providing an environment with inspirational, positive mentors and community.

What a wonderful place! My daughter Abby, has enjoyed Rock Scholars for over 3 years now and just loves the family atmosphere, the excellent mentorship, the professional environment and of course the people who make up the team. She has been able to record music and play gigs in great venues in Perth with their band, created at Rock Scholars. Fantastic experience.

I recently enrolled my eldest son into Rock Scholars as part of their band mentoring program. He has loved every minute of it and was truly thrilled with the opportunity to perform at a live venue after a term of rehearsals with his band. As parents, myself and my husband were blown away by the standard at which they were able to perform, credit to the band’s mentor and the fantastic leadership driven by owners Karen and Sam. The investment has been well worth it for our boy who hangs out each week to go to the studio to rehearse and work towards their performance at the end of term. We have seen him grow from both a social perspective and skill wise on the drums.Being so happy for our eldest boy d his experience with Rock Scholars, we recently engaged a piano tutour at Rock Scholars to teach our youngest boy piano, he having had no piano lessons or experience prior. Being quite a reserved and introverted child, we were unsure as to how he would find the experience. But after his first lesson at Rock Scholars, his tutour had him engaged and wanting more! He now looks forward to every lesson and his self esteem has been boosted by the positive reinforcement and the teaching method adapted to suit his needs.Thank you Rock Scholars for providing such a cool, warm and welcoming place where our boys can come, learn and grow into their music and for the hard work that is clearly evident when you rock up to see the show!

Our daughter is in Rockscolars since 2016 when she was not 11 yet. Very next term she was in a band and performing. Just yesterday her band performed in front of thousands of people at Highway To Hell Festival.Enrolling our daughter in Rockscolars was the best thing we ever done for her. Karen & Sam with their whole team of tutors are running this business seriously without taking out fun out of it. Their vision is clear, their networking in the local rock musicians community is a value and their results are obvious.Absolutely recommend to any parent who has an aspiring rocker in their child.

Awesome place for kids into music to get the opportunity to form a band. Karen and Sam run a great operation. If you have a kid who would like to try out in a band made up of kids of a similar age, then Rock Scholars is the place to go!!

My son has only recently begun his journey with Rock Scholars but is totally enjoying it . I've never seen him so enthused to practice and am certain I'll be adding to this review in the future .
