I have been using this dealership service dept since purchasing my Ranger 2yrs ago. The waiting area is always clean and tidy. The staff are welcoming and explain any work that may need doing to the vehicle. The Ranger is always handed back to me in a clean state.

Always helpful and show good customer service, would prefer better feedback on service details, such as is it really necessary to do a 90000km service at 74000km. And a major expensive service for the previous one. I like that they attempt to give my car a clean. Overall my experience is generally a positive one, but expensive.

Not a mechanic but presumably did a decent logbook service.Was quite annoyed that my Ute sat in the car park for 4 hours without any pick up notification. Wasted almost my whole afternoon not having a vehicle because their automated text “didn’t come through”, no follow up phone call or any communication AND they’re impossible to ring inbound because they don’t answer phones in their branch. Terrible communication, no apology, no discount for wasting my time…

They have made me feel looked after and they definitely went the extra mile and had my mach 1 special ordered to get a manual white car as they all were gone, no other yard was prepared to ring head office to get permission

Great place full of great people.Car dealerships get a bad wrap all the time so considering my partner and I had a pleasant experience I thought I would share the love.Great deal on our new car and got double the offer for trade in at Jarvis. We had previously visited 3 other dealerships and all dealerships offered us nothing for our ford territory.For me, going to a dealership sucks because I am not buying a brand new car. Jarvis Ford, Portrush Road, made me happy and I will more than likely go back there in 3-5 years when I want to trade in and upgrade again.

I took my used 2011 Toyota Corolla Ascent Sport vehicle yesterday to Jarvis Ford Norwood to get a routine service, covered under the 3 year warranty. My Dad and I were both greeted by Tim at the door and offered a coffee each.We dropped the car off at 9am and the job was finished by 10:30am. I had a fixed price service done on the car, which costs $279. All essential parts were completed - oil change and filter, tyre checks and instrument checks with a recommendation to rotate and balance the tyres, which I plan to do next month.The car now runs great and the service team even washed the car for me! Tim even walked my Dad and I to my car after the service was done! I will be getting all my minor and major services done here from now on! Exceptional service by Tim! 5/5!

Fantastic knowledge of Everest.Excellent assistance and help with purchasing our new car.Excellent time taken with handover and help with setting up features. When the car had its first service still given VIP service.
