Just after Christmas 2021 our ceiling in our longe room decided to let partially go… we called several ceiling fixers who were all too busy to look at our now dangerous ceiling… My wife called Perth Ceiling Fixers and Phil was there that afternoon he advised us to remove everything from the room and not sit in there as it could fall in at any time… I had worked fixing gyprock in the past however due to an injury no longer can do that type of work.When the team turned up to remove the unsafe ceiling it crashed down on the first cut… this is when we found out the extent of our previous termite damage all the timber had been eaten away between the plaster glass and jarrah joists… Phil handled this very quickly and organised a roof carpenter to remove and replace the termite damaged woodwork.Every aspect of our ceiling replacement was handled efficiently which included, electrical, a roof carpenter and ceiling fixer and the finished job is excellent. Perth Ceiling Fixers did a good job on the damaged cornice and ceiling and cleaned up after.However, if you need an electrician to remove a light fitting, choose your own and get a quote. I paid $440 for the removal and replacement of one light fitting.

Phil showed a high level of commitment to getting the job done. He would visit the job site almost every day and sometimes 2 or 3 times a day to make sure the work was progressing smoothly.
