Staff are so lovely. Clothing prices are fantastic however furniture could be cheaper it was highly priced making it hard for the less fortunate to achieve what they need or desire.Long time local that will return

What's with the greed?? Employees are expected to work without pay whilst management gets rich ~ donated items are not reasonably priced. How can the needy get what they need?? Go shop elsewhere, i.e. Global Ripple at Byron or CAWi at Brunswick's Heads.

I am disgusted to find out that yesterday the Salvos at Byron charged my daughter $57 for blankets, pillows & clothes to wear after they were evacuated from the floods at lismore at a time of crisis. They were living in the camp grounds at lismore because they are homeless and now have lost the very few things they even had there. And now to hear that the Salvos took the last of their money that they could have used for food is nothing short of a disgrace and hypocritical behaviour to what the Salvos say they are there for.Shame on you Salvos, just unbelievable that you take economic advantage of destitute people in need and in the middle of such a disastourous crisis. Isn't your mission to 'help alleviate homelessness' and 'care for those in need' this hasn't happened here, what an appalling representation of this organisation.

Very greedy store. Probably one of the worst experiences I have had with an op shop. This place only cares about stealing your money. Sells faulty products without refunds and has several over charged items. Honestly GREEDY. We shouldn’t support businesses like this.

Store sold me a faulty product 3 weeks prior, it has all the salvos tags still on it and I had the transaction on my phone and they refused to give me a refund. Really disappointing. Be careful buying anything from this store. Buyers beware. These stores pretend to be about charity but all they actually care about is there profits.
