I go to Officeworks for my Business, Renew Health Retreats needs. I find whiteboards, pens, markers, flip charts, photocopy paper, photocopiers, printing of photo's/paperwork, laminating, office chairs, folders, first aide kits, diaries and the list goes on.The service is good and there is plenty of room to move around.They also have a toilet. I love that.

Even though the staff were lovely.I can't believe your internet connection is so bad.I picked up two manuels that needed printing. Which I emaled three weeks ago.When I arrived to pick up only one was printed. I had to call a number to get a refund for second copy.This is very poor customer service.I spent 25 mins trying to get internet for printing.I ended up leavingA very unhappy corporate customer.

Attended the store this morning to print out dressmaking patterns on A0 size. Two staff on the copy and print counter, and not one smile between them for one customer. Lined up for 20 minutes to get to the counter. Katja served me, still no smile or anything, told me to email the patterns to the email address on the sign behind me, and that then she could access them and print them out. Did this, and when I lined up again and got to the counter she said, oh these are unusual sizes, I will need to give you a quote. Oh yeah, I probably should have told you before that it is a couple of hours wait. I said, yes, that would have been helpful when I was here before. She 'worked out' how many prints it would take, and told me that it would be $25 for 5 sheets of paper!! I don't think so! Cost me less to print them out at home on my laser printer on A4 and tape them all together. Perhaps some customer service training wouldn't go astray. Fancy having to be pleasant to people when you work in customer service. May I suggest another vocation?

Staff they're to greet you and guide you where to go. Well stocked, friendly at the counter. Quality products, it can be harder when you need extra help to make a decision.

Photo and printing department were nothing short of useless. Multiple reprints before we were advised the printer wasn’t great quality and we had to upsize to a more expensive size so it was on their bigger printer. It felt like they had no clue about customer satisfaction. On returning 3 days later to pick up photos in the new size, they were not even done! They told me to wait 45 mins and they would do them right away. Next time I’ll go to Kmart to get photos done as officeworks did nothing for me. As a result, I’m going elsewhere for my business stationary supplies. Very let down.
