Repco Cockburn

Thank you to the team at Repco for coming to the rescue on Sunday. My car battery was completely flat and I had been jump started to get down to the car park at Jandakot/Success. Before visiting Repco, I had been to Supercheap Auto to purchase a battery. After some poor customer service in the store itself, I was told by the team at Supercheap that they could not install the battery due to a module on my battery terminal. I was left out the front of their store without any further offers of assistance other than 'there might be another store that will install it for you'. I went to Repco to ask if they offer battery install and was advised that they don't, but was offered their tools to change over the battery myself. The lady behind the counter was generous with information and with the use of the stores tool! Even though I hadn't purchased the battery at their store. I regret having purchased the battery from supercheap given the superior customer service offered at Repco. Thank you for demonstrating what excellent customer service is all about, Repco team. You were truly a life saver on Sunday. I will be shopping at your store from now on and giving the competitor a miss.

Please note: This is not a review of the shop but the website.The bad:Looks like there’s a discrepancy in recommendation of oils on Pentite’s website vs Repco’s website.Other websites like Supercheap and Autobarn were more accurate though.However, that’s doesn’t mean the recommended oils were wrong. They just weren’t the top recommendations from the Penrite website.Recommendation:Check multiple websites before making purchasing decisions.The good:Watch out for the discounts.

Customer service was okay. Some staff friendlier than others. Found what we needed.

Customer service is top notch. Friendly staff who know what they’re talking about and give helpful advice.

Nice shop. Service was good when I went in there the first time. They ordered in a specific fuse for me that they didn't have in stock. I left work early to pick them up, and realised I would be 5 minutes after closing time. I rang them, asked if they could keep open for another 5 minutes. The answer was, it would be best to come in between opening hours...5 minutes...they already had my money and my purchase! Why couldn't they just wait?

Overpriced parts and accessories here IMO.

I attempted to buy ~$130 worth of products on 13th September 2022 at 9:10amThe very young fellow on the counter was very pleased with himself yet was unable to be in anyway specific as to where I should look to buy any of the products.When I asked if there was anyone else there who could help me he said they are all out the back and busy.I went next door to supercheap auto and got what I wanted virtually immediately

Excellent customer service and advise. Massive range of stuff here and they seem to keep heaps in stock, which I feel is important as its a pain having to order important parts. Much better than the competition in the same shopping centre. I don't mind spending a little more for this experience, even though the prices are reasonable and fairly competitive.
