As stressful it already is for a bride, she pre booked nails for her 3 people and then was told they cannot fit 2 of them in when she pre booked it the day before her wedding. The address on Google is also wrong so we was lost on the way.Do not recommend that insensitive customer service form this place.I guess then other bad reviews are true.

I got a pedicure, it felt really rushed. The lady didn’t speak much, but she was really rough on removing some of the skin next to my toe. It was painful and it started the bleed a little. She kept going and now my toe is infected. This is 12 hours difference. I’m really upset. The whole process was a little painful and the lady also told me that I kept ruining my nails when I put them under the light, rather then just picking it up herself. Not really happy :(

Don't go here. They are always super busy and rush from one client to another. I have been twice to give them the benefit of the doubt but it's no good. Everyone in the salon gets left for ages while staff move from person to person.:( The work is ok but I have been to better places

Had my pedicure cancelled less than 20 minutes before the appointment. I called to ask why and was told that my appointment was scheduled an hour ago. It wasn't. They then double checked (upon my insistance) and admitted that they were wrong however said they're too busy now. I wasn't even given an apology.I was then rudely told to show up 3 hours later from the original booking. I declined due to having previously made plans and they just hung up on me.Overall an unpleasant and unprofessional experience.

Rang up during the week and booked an appointment for this morning at 10:30am but was told to wait as they were working on other clients. I asked how long the wait was and was told 30 minutes. Not sure why they took my booking if they don’t follow through. Ended up having to walk away as I organised someone to look after my daughter and couldn’t just sit around waiting. Very disappointed

They fit me in for a buff/shape and shellac on my lunch break- took about 20 minutes and cost $30. Can’t complain!

It felt like they couldn’t get me out fast enough, even with an appointment. The pedicure was more of a polish change with the hint of a scrub/rub. They don’t exfoliate any rough spots and they wont do any design unless you get shellac. Not to mention, they also charge $25 extra, even just for a simple flower. I’ve tried a couple of times with this place, but the level of rudeness and rush is not worth an overpriced set of disappointing nails. I won’t go back.
