STAY AWAY! STAY FAR AWAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE! There is no exaggeration in this review - the contract you sign is a fake. No emergency contacts work, the employees are either ignorant or cannot speak English! Renting from this place has been an ABSOLUTE catastrophe. Lilian (QUAN, Li) is extremely negligent in her duty of care.I warn families, people with medical needs - GO ELSEWHERE and save yourselves.You will be cheated! STAY AWAY!They have very abysmal customer service - disgusting. Miss Quan is a very harrassing character.How they are still open is beyond me.Clean up your act!

These guys have hands down been the best agents I have ever had to deal with.Our agent Lilian has always been amazing. As we had a few problems with our house we moved into they where fixed within a week.Throughout our three years we have been in our property we have never had any problems.Highly recommend using these agents.

This review is based strictly on the service received.Lilian of Town and Country is an absolute compulsive liar, she lies both directly to your face as well as providing false information within your lease agreement.They don't operate properly as a business, as to be expected they do hold people of their own nationality in a higher regard to anybody else.It is completely evident that this lot is very unprofessional and racist.They have an extremely high level of negligence. The ACCC should really step in here.
