A Nightmare to deal with - Got a quote, the guy turned up 1 hour late, didnt phone to let us know, which was all fine, we then went ahead with the quote which we were promised in 2 weeks, after countless calls we finally got our patio blinds 8 weeks later, the blinds didnt sit right as they were not even cut square they were all saggy and the stiching was just awful it was by far the worst blind i have ever seen, after some more phone calls to try and get my money back with no luck. i decided to take the blinds down myself and throw them in the bin. I feel like i have been completly robbed.

first i would like to thank aussie shade solutions for the installation of my shade blinds. everything about the service was excellent. i am a retiree who suffers from the heat as my home faces the west. i cannot express enough to you how thankful i am as for the first time in years i am now a lot cooler in my home and i dont have to have the aircon on all day. the workmanship involved in making and installing the blinds was first class.i have dealt with a lot of companies in my time but none like yours. thank you so very much you are a first class company. thank you. shirley mcguinness

We were so happy with the service. From the quote to the installation. The quote service was so informative and a pleasure to talk too. Once we ordered our outdoor blind it was installed within two days. It looks amazing and is just what we wanted. The installation service was also done quickly and a pleasure to talk to as well. I ordered 4 new deck brinds last week and the person I spoke to said she would book it in for install only one week later I hadn't heard anything on day of install and thought I must of made a mistake with times as no one would do custom blinds with such a quick turn around. Imagine my surprise when the installer turned up at 8am to install new blinds within one hour he was done this is first class service which is super impressive I highly recommend you contact Aussie shade solutions for your outdoor blind requirements.
