After getting pushed around by my insurance company and faced with a disastrous repair when the insurance company appointed one of their so called ‘prestige repairers’ in the area to fix some damage. Fed up with my big insurance company who only cared about budgeting their bottom line, cutting corners, etc. I decided to bring my car to Ross and team for rectification works, confident that Boutique would do things properly and boy was I right!From the get go they have been professional, courteous and the work they did is second to none, very much detailed in all aspects to restore the pride and joy to its factory finish and former glory, as if it had just rolled off the production line a second time, and trust me, I’m super OCD so it’s not easy for me to say! I can tell they had put nothing but the best materials, paint in all their work. They have even gone out of their way to make sure I had minimum disruption and challenged the big insurance company who only cared about pinching dollars and cents rather than doing things properly which I couldn’t have done by myself. I felt so inclined I had to buy them a slab of beer for all their hard work.Well done Ross and team!

Shout out to this boys ,excellent customer services. I've took my BMW X4 20I to Boutique Auto and Ross was helpful told me that they will fix my dent with no painting. Before and after photos were amazing I couldn't find my dent.
